This is very good- I do wish I could see what your legs look like as you shift weight, that would be helpful.

That was a marvelous sequence to follow, tysm! I want to suggest you draw people's attention to how much deep contact your cozy grey-socked feet are making with the ground as you make these wonderful rotations. A lot of times low back pain comes from being too "light-footed" -- losing that whole-foot grounding which means the legs and 'glutes' don't contract enough to make room for the spine able to rotate smoothly. Ty again!

Thank you that was a lovely pace but for me I would find it helpful if you instructed to raise left or right arm as I get visually confused as you are facing me! But maybe that is just me!
    Thank you

Face him like you are facing a mirror, and match him in the mirror. The L/R confusion will go away. When you are mirroring him, his description will match what YOU are doing, not what HE is doing.

This is great! Would love to have a longer follow along tai chi video, like 30 minutes? for daily practice?

Got transmitted to the hospital 🏥 3 days ago for severe spinal back pain. The nurse went and subscribe me with hydromorphone dilaudid to ease it, but I don't wanna overuse it since I could assume that it is deemed unsafe.

    Help!!!
Are you mixing up left and right sides from minute 5:11, or just I am not able to synchronize the movements with explanations???
You move your finger on Left hand but you talk about "Right hand stops moving here and the Left hand just hanging up here" (as I see the right hand is up) so I am totally confused and not able to figure out HOW to follow?
And then you show your Left hand and you say your Right hand's palm turns to your body.
I'm really concerned about my mental health but terrified to consult a doctor...
    😭😨😰

If you face him "as if" you are facing a mirror, then the L/R issue goes away.

Having lower back pain for over 10 years including fusions just your ‘warm’ up exercises would cripple me for a week. I can’t think of anything worse than a rotating movement for facet joints and vertebrae in the L3 to S1 region. Makes me question your expertise for treatment of spinal damage.
