Thank you. I have had this pain somewhere around my shoulder blade. It is bad that it affects my hand as it is kind of weak and also goes down to my legs. I have seen a physiotherapist who has recommended some exercises, I carried them out religiously for 3 months or more but no improvement. I went for massage, and it got worse after the muscle was massaged. Please I need help as this is really uncomfortable and painful as well

I search many exercises due to my right shoulder blade causing so much pain, it’s gone down to my arm and hand it feels extremely painful as well as neck area now. Would you consider getting an X-ray of any sort or is this simply muscle pain? Some numbing on arm and hands (tingly sensation) anyway, Thank you so so much for your videos!!

Woke up the next day, the knot had doubled in size and extremely sore to the point is hurts to breathe in deeply. Laying in any position hurts badly but on my side is the worst with shooting pain...help! 😢

Hey, when I move my shoulder blade it is very crunchy (both sides but one much more), shoulder blades are grinding and don’t move smoothly. Besides that my shoulder joints pop very often I mean I’m popping them, but they are more likely to pop after grinding my scapulas. What would you advise me to do? Thank you veeery much for your work, amazing video as always man👊

I want to know if the tps under the scapula are still part of trapezius and rhomboids? Do we go beyond the trapezius border to get to those or is it still on the trapezius, which we have to go under the scapula to get to fully? Over a year of working on bodies and it's still confusing to me trying to figure this out.
