I struggle so so much with being sensitive 🥺 Every single person has labeled me as too sensitive.

Infp-t girl, i struggled soooo hard in elem thru college. Always on the edge nihilism and feeling like an alien that doesnt belong on earth. Thanks for sharing your journey. U have a kindred spirit that is felt!

Thank you so much for sharing your amazing gifts (sensitivity, precise emotional perception, teaching, etc) with the world. I'm an INFJ / HSP / empath and look forward to watching more of your channel. In observing the way in which you communicate, it's very precise -- if I had to guess your leading cognitive functions from this video, I'd initially think Ni Fe Ti :) but see how Fi Ne Si can present similarly. My mom is an INFP and we are kindred spirits in many ways, despite our cognitive function differences.

Very similar story as yours. I felt belonging listening. Thank you for being courageous and sharing.

😢 I am so glad I found your channel! You are speaking out of my inner soul!!!
For me, the "spiritual" way (finding Jesus) was my redemption cause God is speaking comforting and encouraging to me about being special because He wants me to be this way, even when I am still not fitting into the groups of other believers 😅
In the past I felt unsecure... now I feel privileged.

Ahh I told myself not to comment cause I don't have the spoons, but it's too relatable 🙈
I'm INFJ-T apparently. Very sensitive, AuDHD, experienced childhood SA for years and can't maintain being employed. I tried working for a few years and it nearly killed me 🙃
I live alone, recieve disability and been unemployed for around 3 years now. Goes without saying, just being out of work has been kind of healing but I can tell I'm just full of trauma.
It was just nice hearing someone talk almost directly to me 😅
I've heard that apparently transcendental meditation is supposed to be really helpful. 🤷🏻‍♀️
    Great video 🙏🏻

Appreciate hearing your experience! I’ve had similar things where I’ve heard someone speak and it’s almost like they’re projecting my own mind haha. I guess there are a few of us with these kind of experiences.

My girlfriend had me take a test that resulted in me being a INFP but at the time I didn't take it to seriously after hearing you in this video it was so familiar. Could you do a video about INFP? Awesome video's!

Another hit straight to my sensitive nervous system hahaha.
I have been greatly struggling with various addictions and having compassion for myself. That is a big hang up, I've been rushing to try and heal without putting in a lot of the proper steps. Sometimes I reach for the goal before taking off from the starting line. I'm an empathetic dreamer in my soul. I know there are so many of us suffering in silence and I hope to see this platform grow so we can all make the world better, for introverts and humanity as a whole.

I hope to be apart of building that new system man. The world can be tough when we’re… this kind of way haha (also more interesting and beautiful though).

Thank you - thank you for sharing! My introverted and reserved childhood matches yours quite a bit. I also started WoW late but this expansion is incredible for PvP ;)
My psychedelic journey started in late 2019 and continued similar to yours - meditation, intense interest in psychology... and now I'm trying to create recorded conversations and debates around psychedelics and meaningmaking.
I'd love to talk to you about how psychedelics have made a difference in your life. How it may have brought to light many of the sensitivities you mentioned and how you've worked to integrate them..

Hi this hits home. I was like your friend, camouflaging in corporate America. My body was under so much stress that it staged a rebellion and I had to leave my job. Life is better now, on the fringes of society, making my own path as a freelancer, living nomadic life in the woods.

I’m in a burnout phase right now, so I can emphasise with that. I’d love to hear more about your story if you’d want to share?

    • @brinca54
      @brinca54 Год назад

Sure. I was working at a biotech startup with a difficult work environment (my boss changed 9 times in 4 years). I was in a relationship that had toxic elements. I was not acknowledging how any of the stress was affecting me, just pushing it down. I developed a digestive syndrome that can be brought on by stress, and I ignored that as well. The dehydration and illness caused me to faint and hit my head the day my office sent all the employees home indefinitely due to covid. Boston went under lockdown four days later. I’m still recovering from that brain injury, but I am mostly healed. It was a pretty effective wake up call though. I couldn’t keep trying to pretend I was like all my other scientific peers in a highly competitive environment. I took a year off from work to recover. I’m living a slower life now, working part time, doing the vanlife thing away from the chaos of cities. I’d say I’m fully recovered from burnout now, but it took such a long time until I felt excited about things again.

@@brinca54 thanks for sharing that. Your life sounds like an underdog tv show (that I’d love to watch).
I mentioned in the video that my “thing” was an 8 month+ psychosis. I get what you mean about how it took a long time to feel exited again. Its so easy to take the fundamentals of survival for granted, isn’t it? Then when you lose it all, you’d do anything just to live the life you’re painfully aware you should have been living. Instead of roasting your heart and soul over a furnace, run by a machine that could give less of a fuck about you.
      Appreciate you 🙏
