Ever had a ideal that bugs ya? Bugs ya, and keep on bugging ya? This is it.! Deep fried sardine. YOU HEARD CORRECT! DEEP FRIED SARDINES. Sardines, these was package in La. Hot Sauce. OMG IT YUMMY all i did was coat them in cornstarch and Deep fried them. put them on a towel and salt them YUMMY
Thank you for comment! I'm sorry for the late reply. It's also delicious to eat with salt. Instead of cornstarch, you can make tempura by dipping it in flour mixed with egg and water and frying it. Tempura is often eaten with salt.
Thanks for your comment. That's right. In Japan, there is a strong image that fry is fried in oil like tempura, so I made a mistake. Thank you for pointing this out.
Thanks for watching! You can also grill. At the eel kabayaki shop, it is grilled. However, when making it at home, I think it is common to fry it in a frying pan in consideration of cleaning up.
Taking an extremely healthy food and making it unhealthy by adding sugars, flour, and seed oils is not good for optimal health. It took me 40 years of unhealthy eating to figure this out damaging my health along the way.
Thank you for watching! If it's not healthy, it's no meaning to eat. If it's not delicious, it's not worthy to eat. Let's eat healthy and delicious food!
