Wow I almost couldn't do it, this was a great workout! I lack leg strength when I skate, so I have a hard time holding the edges for a long time. How often should we do this workout? Everyday or a few days a week?

i’m so happy!! that was the first time i ever worked out bc i want to be stronger in my skating, rather than look better whilst skating. it might not seem that important but that was huge for me. i wasn’t thinking about ‘burning off what i ate’, it was more ‘i cant wait to be stronger and skate the best i can’. :)))
Wow this was hard but I felt really great afterwards! I'm 13 years old starting to figure skate and it's my dream to be in the olympics put i first need to get my body stretched out! Hopefully I'll be more flexible with my next lesson to impress my coach! Amazing workout thanks! xo

i have always had a weak core but strong legs and okay arms, this really helped me exercise that core, which may have been preventing me from pulling around all the way for the flip! Thank you for helping me with my skating journey and keep up the good work!
I’ve been working out to this video for a couple days. Five years ago I used to run 3 mile track meets and nothing has made me sweat as much as following you since. And I can’t do anything you do with your arms or planking. Wow! Is this what you do everyday? I really want to get into shape.
DAY 1; it was surely hard but enjoyable DAY 2; IT GOT BETTER I feel like i will gain more strength DAY 3:The planks are challenging but it’s still fun .I’m making progress DAY 4: I TOOK A 2 DAY BREAK. This workout brings me so much joy

Last night before I skate, I decided to try this workout and this video showed me that how my body turned into a rock . Wow the work out was really exhausting. I train with your videos because I want to figure skating in the future because there is no ice ring near me. I was practicing single jumps off ice and I am feeling it on my knees way too much. From my research, it seems I need stronger quads and glutes. Thanks so much! I'm gonna stop jumping for now and focus on strength/flexibility haha I'm 27 now and want to make the best of figure skating.

I have read it is a good idea to wear a helmet and read about wearing some kind of padded shorts or padded long pants and something about padded hand braces of some sorts and knee and elbow pads. @@gudemonsta talk for yourself, you young brat :p (says the 30 yo who's occasionnally been ice skating since very young with her advanced ice skating mother, but decided to get serious with it just before quarantine... I've only managed 3 real lessons before everything shut down 😑) And to answer a question you asked upper, every sport is good for losing weight, these 15mins too ;)... even though they might not be enough. Good luck (and work!) with getting professionnal... You can do it!

It’s 100% not too old to start skating at 14! But to get to Olympic level is very hard even for people who started at 3. Try to focus on the fun of skating and smaller goals and just enjoy skating ❤️❤️❤️😊😊😊
