You're right already, the factory lube should be enough for riding. We had a trick session right after the bike build, where we practiced many trackstand variations, and that always causes a lot of wear. It's good to always oil it afterward. We cleaned off the factory lube a bit and applied thicker oil.
cool good to know! just built up this frame the past weekend and used your video as a reference thank you. Still can't figure out what i should do with the screw on back of seatpost... if screwed it, it will dent/chip the frame paint. @@fixedgearcult
here is my problem with this crappy crank 250€ is problematic the crown touches the frame I installed a spacer on the right side but that created another problem the left crank loosens every time what to do with this crap
my ocd wont let me forgive you for the stem face plate bolts....please tighten them evenly, the top ones are in too far and the lower ones not enough....i have seen this practice ruin components.
enjoy your bent top tube mate. what an amateur error to clamp the frame, especially when it is not a steel one. edit: also your chain is on wrong. the clip should face the outside.
The aluminum is not so soft that it cannot withstand it. If it were, it wouldn't be able to handle all the forces during use. And the choice of the chainside is a matter of personal preference as well. I don't want the clip on the outside. It looks better on the inside, and there's nothing wrong with that.
Gorgeous build. Looks fun and zippy
That assembly is so satisfying 😌
Sehr geiles Video und wunderschönes Bike
Watch our new build video. You will love it.
Love what you did thanks 😊👍❤️
Would love to have this bike
I'm riding a 2014 Vigorelli, it's lightweight, stiff and reliable.
interesting you lube a new chain? always thought the factory lube was good enough until it needs to be cleaned. Beautiful build vid!

Cool build guys! Cheers from helsinki 🔥 🔥
Watch our new build video. You will love it.
I used to loved fixed gear, but now that I’m “older” I freaking love brakes and gears 😂 especially here in San Francisco. Waaaaay too many hills!!!
Yeh but the fixies are light as. Your just unfit that’s all 😂
Ein schönes Fahrrad ❤
After assembling the bike together; is it ready to ride? Or is it best to wait until everything is settled?
What’s the bottom bracket and crank that you used and size need help
what is the bb used? it's not miche evo max, but still compatible with pistard 2.0?
What is the red cream used for threading?
Sick🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
which lock ring did you use for the rear wheel
Hi there..just ordered the vigorelli...what parts ( bottom bracket, chain etc) did u guys use?
Grüße
Nice build all black components but the polish stem throws it off
Not polished, but bead blasted finish. And it’s just not anodized hence the color of the raw aluminum.
hi guys can i ask you something? Is the Uci Number of this frame 44190?
What is the size of that frame?
Hello! What is the frame size? How tall is the rider?
what chemical did u put on that stem?
carbon gripper assembly paste
What size bike ?
Great video but who is the cameraman, very shaky footage
Just saying stationary shots would be much better and aesthetic.
How much does the frameset cost?
Nice build🔥we have d same frame🫶
Frame size?
🔥
Guys, please switch off the auto focus, it's so uncomfortable to watch.
Yes, that was our first video that we filmed casually. The new ones are better. Watch the new Cinelli video.
Yeah, i thinnk the same thing😅😅
19:05 that hurts
How many guys does it take to put a bicycle together? 🤣🤣 Just kidding...Good job guys! 👍
🤣 It only takes one, but it's more fun with more 😁

no torque ?
Seems like they're using a more traditional torquing device.
We didn't have any at the moment. Did it the "traditional way" 😁
Nevermind😂😂😂
my ocd wont let me forgive you for the stem face plate bolts....please tighten them evenly, the top ones are in too far and the lower ones not enough....i have seen this practice ruin components.
side note: the steerer tube was shortened too far.
yes sir. We corrected that later.
@@sadmir I don't understand. Why? It's as short as the driver needs it.
the heavy please 😘
no sun no rainbow
Good video, bad autofocus😌

It's a butted tube. You should never clamp a frame tube ever irrespective of the material. Clamp the seatpost.
Rainbow !!! Wer not talking about UCI rainbow ???? no saddle on this bicycle !!!!
Shoulda slammed tge stem
nice bike, but permanent de-focusing made me sick.
