Terry B - you aren't a kid anymore. Please do a video on how you maintain your body and mind to keep up with this. When people aren't a young pantheras like this lady some extra work is needed to keep yourself being able to ride FG or cycle at all, dooh. I'm sure you have a secret or two.

These are fixed gear bikes so you can’t change the gear and people like this that like to go fast get a larger chain ring and a smaller rear cog. Makes it harder to get up to speed but once you do you can fly. Also makes hills a lot harder, of course.
She's strong but I love when newbs soon get tired of track ratios on street and dump their fancy bikes "coz fixies ruin knees" and that is a moment to buy nice stuff at great prices.

So each full rotation of the cranks turns the rear cog several times.
Look up gear ratios.
