So NICE to see a Rainbow build - I just completed my Vigorelli Shark - a rare one in the same dark silver/pearl metallic. Everything apart from my front H+N wheel is different from yours - and that's the beauty of building bikes ourselves!!!
1:55 i also have some troubles to assemble the fork with this pièce... The inner diameter of the fork cup is too small in relation to the fork's carbon base. In fact, there's a slight shoulder on the fork and I can't insert the part all the way in. Can i use the same method?
Why didn’t you use a standard road bike BB and use SRAM or Shimano cranks? Is there some benefit to those cartridge style bottom brackets? Thanks, Laurence
Why not use external BB and crankset in the build? I’ve got a Cinelli fixed gear and use an external crankset. Not sure what the appeal of internal BBs apart from tradition? 🤔🤔
eh, i prefer my ancient Cinelli Pista Concept from back in the day. Dura Ace track crankset, Suntour Superbe Pro pedals with MKS clips, HED 3 track wheelset
I loved this build and the chilled music - but please educate others on lung health by wearing a mask when cutting carbon, this stuff is as bad as having asbestos if carbon particles get breathed into your lungs 😳😳
@@bikepackingadventure7913 Ohh really 😂 I've been cutting Carbon and I've never breathe the carbon in without a mask and are you a doctor or something
What a beautiful workshop to work in.

This is the way to do it.
They make it so tight so it won’t move.
that is so neat holy

It’s a personal preference.
These are just really good quality and suits great for fixed gear.
Love it 😊❤️👍
Hello, what size of screw did you put on the holes to hold the rear tires from slipping? Ive been having a lot of slipping while riding. Thank you
Bolts that I used are M3x60mm but you can use longer ones.
But check first because on my Vigorelli special white is M3 and on this Rainbow are M4.
Hi there, nice video...could you please tell me what bb you have used? Miche
BSA -1,370x24tpi
Or ITA - 36x24tpi
107mm or 110?
It’s Sugino BB JIS standard for square tapper,
BSA 107mm.
Awesome build! Is the frame size 52? What's the rider's inseam length?
Size is 57, don’t know about riders inseam lenght
I'am curently looking for a vigorelli frame but there's one question. Is the chain tensioner only available in the 2023 edition?
If you are looking at this model, Rainbow one, then it’s available for 2022 model as well but it’s not available on any of the previous models.
@@fixiecornerwhat size of screw did you put on the chain tensioner? Im experiencing a lot of chain slipping. Hope you anwer back dude
@1:40 dear god why would you choose philips over allen head? Edit: maybe thats a torx.....

Cool build! but that poor top tube
No top tubes were harmed during the process. 😃

That’s why we are constantly spraying it with water.
@@fixiecorner not enough. The particles are too fine.

A reverse wrap would have looked way better, especially with that bartape.
We also tried that way first but this way is better.
Reverse wraps don't work well. The wrap gets worn quickly
не, я все понимаю. Очень солидная и уважаемая фирма, рама огонь. Но сварные швы! Это как же ж, можно же ж это же ж. Ужс нах
