  • In this video, Paul shows you his stroke survivor hack for eating yogurt that comes in individual serving containers. When your stroke has left you with physical deficits, you have to find new ways to do everyday tasks. One of Paul's goals is to be independent and do as much for himself as possible. To do this, he creates his own solutions!

    great idea. would be good practice for the affected hand as well. mine 'works', but shakes like heck.
