We have these kind of beds in India. We just keep a lot of stuff inside it. Helps a lot
Those are common in Germany in private bedrooms. These days some people go for futon style or boxspring style. But over all those with storage are still the most common. Hotels on the other hand most often go for boxspring or something similar without storage.

Can you please please please include the prices for each DIY you do? Especially something like this! I really love a lot of the stuff you do on here and want to try to do it for myself however I don't want to set a plan to do something like this then get caught up in a bill that's over my head. At least if you put the prices in the video, I'll know what to set aside and how much to save up for.
It would also be nice if he included the necessary tools and how much they cost. There was a video about how you could make a backyard foundry for $20.
It cost me $100!
The cost for the bed would be roughly 806.50 assuming you have the tools already and that could go up or down based on exactly what supplies you choose and where you get them .

Prices for lumber and everything else purchased for this project will vary a lot depending on the stores you have access to in your area and online. It's not reasonable to include a price list because you aren't buying items from the same store. This is also intended as a plan-it-yourself project so that you can include things _you_ want in _your_ bed. Having a complete list makes a lot of people think they can't do the project at all if they don't need or can't afford all of the parts Nate used.

Here's an idea,
Make a vacuum chamber but with 2 holes in those 2 holes put gloves stuck to it inside the vacuum chamber, see how different things feel in a vacuum chamber. First proto putty in a vacuum vs normal proto putty, hope you use this idea
it wouldnt work becuz the suction inside would cause the gloves to inflate like balloons and pop.
If you use strong, noto strechable gloves, it might work, but then you couldn't fell the things. So, it wouldn't be possible to do it the way you described it, but it would be possible if you change a few things.

So my Saturday morning is spent running errands then work. And Sunday my one day off is laundry clean house and a few hours of free that I don’t want to spend building a bed.

Sketch up is cool. We use it at school for our robotics it’s a little confusing at first but you get the hang of it. I suggest using “Tinker Cad” to start off your robotics.

Hunter White You are totally right! The Hacksmith did do something similar about a year ago. What I was referring to was the general act of being able to put ideas into action, not necessarily the creation of brand new ideas. Though Nate did create a unique product. No one has made this exact design before.
I love the setup but you should put grills over those speaker cones. Just a suggestion.
