The whole thing is a shambles, nobody is organised or professional. And why was AB allowed to walk unchallenged out of the court yesterday? Is this how your justice system works?
HONORARY JUDGE..., he should have not been charged...! !! It was an oversight..., not by him , but person hired to oversee these particulars.
The judge says she doesn’t wanna see the box then less than four minutes later, she seems annoyed, saying she needs to see the box.
When a judge is this agitated with a prosecutor, I have a hard time imagining that this is the only issue they’ve had!
I think the judge has been bought off on this case. She sure is different from the Hanna Guterrize case! A FULL 180°
She is different. Kind of showing bias for Alec. This defense is rattling the judge, the crime scene tech, and the prosecutor.
I think because it made sense to prosecute the armorer. This was her responsibility. Many professionals in the industry have said that it's very rare for an actor to check the prop guns on set as there are at least two other people that do that prior to handing it over to the actor. So, while the judge shouldn't show any bias to either side, it makes sense that this trial is a sham while the one for the armorer made sense.

@BettyBlack99 the people that don't like AB are the same ones that don't like the judge. The Judge is fair and strict, just like any Judge should be.
Yes!!
Is there a follow-up or continuation video ? Link please.
Hanna should have been on her game....not the powder
SNEAKY SNAKES, PUT UNDER A DIFFERENT CASE NUMBER.
Ms Morrise needs to go by the rules
5:26 is when the new addition to the prosecutions team decides to bail and turns in her resignation!
This is exactly why Baldwin will walk. Our legal system is in chaos and highly disorganized.
There's not just one legal system or singular set of laws or rules. It varies widely state to state. 👀

So glad that there are intelligent and effective judges who will cut through the nonsense and do the right thing. You don’t see that very often.
