Same. Her ruling that the fact he was the film’s producer can’t be mentioned to the jury means she’s setting him up to sound like he’s just an actor on set without much if any responsibility. And that shouldn’t be legal. The jury should know it was his responsibility to have a safe set. I hope the prosecution brings up the fact that other crew walked out due to the level of unsafety, before Halyna’s death.
I've always suspected he pulled the trigger out of anger. Most of the photographers were upset with the conditions they were subjected to, what if she was threatening to walk out too?

If they are just arguing points of evidence to the judge, to be redacted or not, wouldn't he be permitted to take a break? The jury was not present , correct t?
He went to the men's room and got a coffee or water. He probably asked the lawyer for permission and they signaled the police to allow him to go. There are no underlying motives for him wanting to murder anybody. No bullets were allowed on set. That is why the safety manager is in jail.
It wouldn't be shocking to learn the prosecutor was looking for a federal appointment in 2025 for railroading the defendant, especially knowing who he impersonated. Reading the facts of the case and how bullets were filed under a different case number by a retired officer, this smells of politically motivated sabotage.
WOW, anyone else (not a “celebrity”) would’ve been held in contempt over just walking out like that 😡 truly sickening! You could tell he was getting ready to blow his top and ran out before he did
Quite funny looking at the expression on his attorney's face. Disgraceful that the judge didn't do anything. Baldwin is one of those people who likes to dish it out, but can't take it. Another factor to consider is his own safety. Someone affected by his actions could have hit him. The judge was very concerned about reporters leaving empty cups in the court room, but wasn't bothered about the defendant just getting up and walking out.
You do know it was not his fault right? It was solely on the armorer who caused this chaos. I know this because we have armorer's in the military and they have great responsibility on them just as she did. Weapons are used all the time in Hollywood and the actors have to trust those in charge.

Maybe he felt sick, it's okay if he leaves the courtroom befor he may get an heart attack.
This trial is a shame, a waste of money and time.
Why should Alec Baldwin know if he has to ask if he has to go to the bathroom, it's his first time in Court?!
That's what Money, fame does to a person.
Wow he’s sitting there acting like he can’t be bothered with this court case after killing someone. The level of entitlement is absurd, he needs to go to jail with his armorer.

First time I've ever seen a criminal defendant get up and walk out of a courtroom during trial. He'd have been face-down on the carpet covered in bailiffs if he'd pulled that stunt here. Nothing but contempt from Hollyweird boy.

@Ghostface24315 in my opinion I think that Alec Baldwin has acted very entitled and has a very big ego throughout his acting career. I didn't say anything about him being guilty or not. I've never seen anyone on trial be able to just walk out like that without being held in contempt. I understood the prosecutor withheld evidence. That's what you're lawyer is for. Let them do their job. But to just walk out like that is disrespectful in my opinio.
@@jinnybruce6592 I think it's human nature. He could have been about to have a panic attack or be sick from emotions though.
@Ghostface24315 I get it. I probably would've been put in jail for my reaction. It wouldn't have been cute.
If the prosecution wanted to win this trial then they should have disclosed all their evidence. The fact the prosecution lied shows they felt they couldn’t win and as a result, they lost. Congrats taxpayers of New Mexico!
Baldwin has never been a nice person and has made horrendous comments about others.
I have always feared for his children. He has a terrible temper . Probably a horrible dismissive father.

Same. Her ruling that the fact he was the film’s producer can’t be mentioned to the jury means she’s setting him up to sound like he’s just an actor on set without much if any responsibility.
Quite funny looking at the expression on his attorney's face. Disgraceful that the judge didn't do anything. Baldwin is one of those people who likes to dish it out, but can't take it. Another factor to consider is his own safety. Someone affected by his actions could have hit him.
