This is beyond unhelpful to the prosecution.

I have zero personal opinion of AB. I know nothing about the man, but he was told by experts who do this for a living that he was holding a prop, cold, no live ammo gun...like on every other set where prop guns are used...I can't believe he is being raked over the coals over this. I don't care if he pulled the trigger or not. He is not responsible in any way for that poor woman's death or the man who was injured. Also, That woman on the stand seems to have completely lost her memory, and she has a whole lot of smirky attitude. This trial is insane.

You're wrong. There are several laws that were broken on the movie set of Rust. One is, you NEVER point a gun directly at a person. Actors are supposed to point them to the side. He pointed a REAL gun directly at someone and pulled the trigger, which resulted in the death of someone.

it seems to me that this crime scene Tech as possibly committed perjury and definitely without a doubt conduct unbecoming... if I was the sheriff, I would definitely not want her anywhere around or representing lawn enforcement, especially gathering evidence when the search warrant wasn’t even fully executed.
