when the music towards the end starts playing when you free the bird, its such a good song. it makes you feel happy and warm because you helped the bird out.
The pod bursting from the pressure of boiling water actually makes sense, since the temperature of combustion for organic matter is significantly higher than the boiling point of water, so the water should prevent the pod from burning. The more surprising aspect of the puzzle is that the "stingray" survives this treatment.

In any other game, there would be no possible explanation as to why the pod won't burst if the stingray isn't in it.
I chose to believe that the sunlight makes the water in the pod boil, and that makes it burst.
I like this explanation, because it means 'WOW, that is one tough stingray!'
The stingray's fine. Enjoying the roots too much to swim around looking for more food :)
From 8:28 to 8:35 you can see a mini / baby jumping dragon (the "goofy" 'elevator' used in the last video to get to back up the the previous level).
That whole mirror business reminded me of Yahtzee.
The moth is a Riven throwback.
You know that moth on the rock? They might have put it in as a refrence to the second game. Presto Studios put many easter eggs into their games.

If you say so. Default equalizer settings usually put the treble too high, so it's often hard to distinguish between voices below the tenor range. But you can drastically improve sound quality both high and low once you adjust it.

That's not a stingray, it's a cuttlefish. Cuttlefish are famous for their bioluminescence camouflage. That's probably why they light up the water wherever they go.

You have probably been asked this before, but why does it take you so long in between videos?
What you were talking about was not breaking the fourth wall. You're constantly doing that. Breaking the fourth wall means to talk to the audience, and refers to removing the fourth "invisible wall" between an actor on stage and the audience, and let the actor confide with the audience..
