Your filming is fantastic - thank you.

What I would give to be able to salvage from these houses! I could build pretty much two complete houses from what is left - even AFTER the vandalism! The materials are top notch, and with the inflation due to the pandemic prices have skyrocketed! I have to say that I admire your personal values - and that of your colleagues - in that you touch nothing. And now the video is to the place that I hear you making this very point. lol Enjoy your work, and am liking the little changes you're trying out. Keep on with the great work Ethan! Love from New Brunswick! ETA: I think I have more respect for thieves than vandals.

Are they disrespectful of humans and animals. Yes overly permissive parents are responsible. It was eerie seeing the deserted neighborhood in summer. Did I get a glimpse of the ugliness they’re building behind these beautiful homes. They’re being sacrificed for garbage. Nothing we could do about it. Don’t know that I can handle seeing them actually being torn down but maybe after the fact. I hate wastefulness. Thank you for showing these gorgeous houses again. If the basement is flooded and finished off the cost of the water damage and black mold removal would cost quite a bit of money to just take care of that. Plus HVAC replacement for a house this size. It also makes me angry (along with the vandalism) how many people are experiencing homelessness, while homes like these get demolished (all because of GREED) -- these homes could house people. Sure, maybe some homeless people have vandalized houses that they've gotten into, but by and large, it's youth with no respect. Even if these homes are getting demolished, what is the point of the destruction by these vandalizers? Even if it's 'fun'.

What a darned shame , 35 years of Cabinet and Trim Carpentry this is such a absolute waste these houses are beautiful.
So much resources just wasting away , what happened why are they empty?
Just the spindles on the staircase are very very expensive.
America look at this are they in America? , boy ohh boy this verse makes so much sense MATTHEW 6:24 Who do many serve 💔

Why can't some of them be converted to house people who cant afford "normal" rental accomodation? Such a criminal waste of housing. 😢

Those windows are not smashed! You can see gold stripes, thin ones, in the glass
