I know right. Yet due to bad business decisions, taking care of Momma, then your Baby and Baby Momma only to find out it ain't your baby, etc. Also the "Friends" who mysteriously disappear when the Money goes. Could you do one on Lou Pearlman's House. Twenty Two Years ago The Man was at the top of his game and now this. Also Nick Carter got accused of a Rape from over 20 years ago. Now if he did this, The Backstreet Boys are finished.

It’s been lived in, even if only judging by the garage. They wouldn’t park expensive cars in a home they don’t live in. It’s just they weren’t slobs and when you list a home for sale you have to sweep all the floors as well as remove items that aren’t staying (ie stove, refrigerator) and any trash.

What a shame and so wasteful. I'd live in any of them. People are so wasteful. Your right about Italians being the nicest folks. We live in Central Pa. and we went to another fireman's parade in ASHLAND Pa. We sat in front of a row home and it was a hot day. A sweet little Italian women came out with cold lemonade to drink for us. She had all of her family come out and meet us. Then after the parade she brought lasagne out for us. We were really welcomed. Like they knew us forever. Both my parents grew up in another town not far from Ashland. So they knew we were ok. We had no intention of making the parade a day long event but we sat and talked to these folks until around 9 pm. We sent her a card at Christmas. Got a card back from her family. Sadly she had passed on. Her family thanked us for being so receptive to her kindness that day. She talked about that couple from Lebanon often. She liked our Pa. Dutch accent. Lol, we didn't know we had one.

It still boggles my mind that homes this new and in such pristine condition and built with the finest materials are being torn down and not just one of them!
I know Ethan you said in the last video that they were being torn down to make way for an apartment building but if so, how was the developer able to assemble the land? You would think at least one or more homeowners would have held out and what do they plan to build? From the aerial shots I just see a low-rise apartment (about five stories) being built nearby. I doubt these are being replaced with 50 Storey condo's but who knows? I suppose anything is possible in Toronto.
Also, hard to understand is why much more hasn't been salvaged from the home? Other than the high-end appliances nothing seems to be salved despite the fact there is so much to take out of the home e.g., solid wood doors, flooring, cabinetry, new electricals, windows, HVAC etc. etc.!
This is a real head scratcher!

That Daytona 500 hat you found is a collectors piece..
That's the year Dale Earnhardt Sr. died at the end of the race..

This looks like an American West-style home. Either way it's beautiful 😍

Why are all these houses vacant for demo? Is there an issue with the land? These houses look so awesome

Looks like a spec neighborhood & the builder beige/brown on the walls tells me that too but I could be wrong. Sometimes spec neighborhoods are built for people to pick a model for their own version to build, I'd be interested if the water comes out of every faucet.

Had to come back and look at the basements of these houses again before they flooded.. my fave is still the black and white bathroom one with the cool red and black bar 🥰

The car at the gate- better to see it and it be nothing, then not see and it be the police. P.S. another beautiful home.
