I like the textured look very much so will have to do a swatch to test out how it feels. Been an active crocheter for over 50 years but always looking to learn new stitches. Love this stitch! I alternatively did hdc rather than sc row for less yarn eater. Very happy with the drape and texture. Thanks

Can you start with a chainless hdc foundation instead of the chain/sc row?
