This is my first video I’ve watched of your channel and Everything you said was spot on and shows your experience in the markets. Few points I would like to add is : 1. Make sure to back test as much as possible on your free time especially when you’re losing confidence and being impatient 2. Say no to the wrong details that don’t fall into your trading philosophy even if it goes the right direction because those set ups with the wrong details won’t always happen

Hey Isaac, Just found your channel brother! My 'click' happened about 2 months ago. I went through 12 years of PTSD, andxiety and depression after military deployment to Afghanistan in 2011. For 11 years of my trading, I struggled with mindset, and was in a self sabotage position. That led to an 11-year drag in trading. Earlier this year I went through hypnotherapy which completely removed the PTSD and anxiety, and now helped me develo a high level of self esteem. This has led to me becoming consistent in trading and becoming VERY patient and disciplined in waiting for my set up. The 'click' happened over a few week period, and it was a very nice and reassuring process! Your video has resonated so much! Followed, and looking forward to your content!
IM almost there. 1. I don't sit at the charts all Day anymore I see a setup I'm looking for and set alerts. 2. I keep my plan simple to 3 things now Market Structure/ Support Resistance/ Supply and Demand. 3. I don't stress much anymore while in a trade I play a game or just be content with my analysis and my SL. 4. I no longer worry about the money aspect more so the trade setup itself and the RR. 5. MY issues are trusting Myself on Supply and demand setups at times and my major one is Support and Resistance afraid of FOMO I sometimes enter when the market hasn't gave me a clear sign and end up losing a trade that really is a winner if I just waited a little longer.
I feel very similar. me and my brother trade and he always calls me about being frustrated at FOMO or doing something stupid. When I tell him I lost too. hes like, 'its sad isnt it'. but now i respond saying not really. it is what it is. i have a plan and im following it. I really cba looking at the chart all day anymore. I only trade in the morning, the same set up every time and also set alerts. And I don't get emotional when I lose anymore. I just want a good run now
As a beginner i definitely needed this. Everything is so overwhelming and its like learning a new language. Yes u have alot tools available to aid u but that also contributes to feeling overwhelmed cause theres no direct path to follow to get u to a desired outcome. Sure u could use someone elses ‘method’ but it doesnt really allow space for growth if ur just copying everything someone else doing instead of trying to get it to click for yourself. My biggest thing right now is working on patience and learning the basics. I’ll worry about the other features when i get to that stage.

Finding which trades to hold and which to sell are the hardest part for me. There’s times I do hold past my entry point and it’s just a complete reversal.

And one thing am learning again in this journey is self awareness and conscious because looking back ypu notice those bad habits are unconsciously done thats how we messing up consistency wven when we have a good strategy or set up “the consiquence of our bad habits sneak up on us

Finally established enough passive income so I can get back to trading! Took me 10 years but I always knew this was real, I've witnessed people making GREAT money trading. Starting my classes at OTA in 45 days, now I can take the time I need to study and form my strategies and trading style. I'll be ready in about a year, EXCITING!!!!

Supply and demand is support and resistance. Just a different terminology
