@james social cycling, thanks for the vid. I love the back one, the front one looks too far away from the tyre...do you find it still protects from splashes etc ? Also does the bit you screw in act like a wall plug?... if so how would you remove it, if you ever needed to ?
Front works well as well from protecting you from water. Yes like a wall plug, just loosen and the part will fall out, simple as that. Thanks appreciated😊👍
Are you talking about the part that goes in to the fork to mount the front mudguard? You get a lot of different sizes and have to mount the clip that the mudguard mounts. It then tightens on to the fork when you do the screw up so you don’t need to go to deep. Sorry hard to explain and I haven’t seen this video for a while. More questions let me know
@@JamesSocialCycling I directly after a search like you said, found a great one at a good price sks mudrocker rear! so thank you, because you did help, and a happy new year to you too

Glad to help😊👍
Thank you!!!
Welcome😊👍
I do like your bike holder fixed to the wall. Where is purchased from
I’ll have to do some digging as it’s about 16yrs old. Leave it with me😊👍
So about that
Does that front mudguard hit the downtube of the bike while riding?
No it doesn’t hit any part of the bike at all. It’s connected to the front fork.
Maybe stupid question but that whole where you mount that front wheel cover is just too deep
I cant reach it with the screw

Yes
So I have only 2 sizes, a quite small one and a bigger one
Both are to slim for the wheel tube.
It would just fall down if I turned my bike around
@@JamesSocialCycling and I noticed that the orange fitting thing is expandable but how?
It says it has a size of 29-39mm
When you add the mudguard clip the screw you tighten will expand the part that goes in to the fork.
