Thank you for reviewing this. I've never seen it before. And I love what you said about purists. I have seen really cool products that would help music programs and the old fashion mindset turns people away and it drives me crazy
I love this. I'm doing my own recorder/whisle headjoint with and alto recorder and it works. The only thing is that the headjoint that I'm using is from a yamaha alto recorder that has a very narrow windway and the low note don't sound good so I'm going to by a recorder with a wider windway. High note are very easy with the narrow windway but I'm planning to adapt a octave key for that porpose. My dream about having a recorder with all the improvements of moder woodwinds is finally happening.
I'm learning the flute and definitely planning to get one! I still plan to learn the traditional way/embouchure but it will take some time (realistically a year???) for me to start achieving a tone I'll be happy with. The Fliphead in addition to making it easier has a difference in tonal quality that is appealing... less classical, more earthy/jazzy, perhaps? Undecided whether to go for the AM-1 or AM-2. I also play the recorder but focusing my energy on flute now.
"Music purists this is not for you" - I don't know why but that makes me bust out laughing hahahaha! I've said it before and I'll say it again, you are such an amazing human being and an inspiration!!! 🎷♥
"Professional flute player " as a professional horn player and conservatory professor , give 2 week and a free flute anyone can do this *"professional"* quality dexterity ect

I have a disability and couldn’t play flute anymore. But this will help me to restart again. Thanks for the review.
🙏 Great and honest review. Can't thank you enough for your support!!
Need way more instrument mods to make playing way more comfortable. This upgrade is so handy for people with less slung capacity/pressure.
Thank you for this video. I've been torn between the two and you answered all my questions perfectly.
