@@Coach_Sooz hello coachSusiie , I am 56yrs. Old 170Lbs man, I have an idea where my protein and Fiber levels should be at(Need lots of work to get there) but its the Omega-3’s that I am having trouble with. How much do I need?are 2 pasture raised eggs every morning enough or should I add more? any advice you could give me would be appreciated.
@@CarlosSantana-we6ts Hello :) 2g/day of EPA and DHA is the daily recommendation. I would also recommend getting bloodwork done to see what your baseline is.
What if you’re vegan? I am vegan, whole food plant based. I carry 70 extra pounds around and I don’t know how to lose it. It seems my body doesn’t want to let it go. I’m a 68 year old woman with degenerative disk disease curtesy of my old SAD way of eating. Are there foods that can help me? Beans for protein maybe?
Thank you for such a great information. I think most people are suffering from these symptoms and doctors don’t know what to do, therefore, in most cases we are misdiagnosed or no diagnosis at all.
This is a really great video. I had suddenly in January had extreme stomach pain almost daily and increase bowel movements for months. I went to doctor, did colonoscopy they found 1 polyp that was pre cancerous but luckily removed and saw acid irritation on my stomach lining. I’m 26 and the big C doesn’t run in my family at all. But I never ate veggies and ate fried food. I didn’t care because I thought had bloodwork in past year and always healthy. Until I suddenly got sick out of no where. Mid march i ate healthier and felt a bit better but still continued to have the symptoms. During all of this I never had changes in my weight and looked healthy but the way I felt was awful. After the polyp was removed in July I still deal with the symptoms. And worried because from mid march to July I was doing better than January to early march but still concerned about stomach pain almost daily. Past week I’ve been feeling almost fully normal. Not sure but I follow what you said. I eat protein and lots of more fiber than ever in my life and I started past 2 weeks adding hemp seeds which are a great source of omega 3 and eating it on top of oatmeal. Idk if it was this, the oatmeal or both or also everything. But I mainly saw a difference with hemp seeds and oatmeal. But didn’t see change with just oatmeal. It makes sense since they saw acid irritation I must’ve not had enough mucus lining. I see your video today and it explains this. I had no idea omega 3 did this
Omg so i was actually doing better than I thought! I stopped buying / consuming grass fed and organic food to save money and because I didn't think it was really doing anything and gained 30+ . Just joined the gym... guess I need to restart my lifestyle change 💪🏽
Watched a few of your videos and loving your tips they seem direct & doable. I can’t get the link on your videos to work to the free e-book though? Would love it if you could do a video on supplements you recommend or link some of those and a what I eat in a day or a week video. Also all of these “symptoms” sound so similar to what I’m experiencing with perimenopause I know you’re not there yet😂 but do you have any comments on how these things are related & losing belly fat in this stage of life as cutting calories to cleaner food and moving more doesn’t seem to have quite the same affect as it used to. Thanks again for your content, superior information here!!
Hi Sarah! I will consider these topics for future videos. Send me a DM on instagram and I will send you my cookbook and supplement guide. For perimenopause, prioritize eating high quality protein, lifting to a high intensity and lowering stress as much as possible. Hope this helps!!
What supplements will help with weight loss? I take D3, Magnesium and levothyroxine. I also add apple cider vinegar to my water. Thank you for your Knowledge:) So glad I stumbled across this RUclips channel!

What are your recommended foods for vegans? 🌱

What a misleading title! 3 foods????
apologies, 3 food groups :)
Your thumbnail is so misleading. 3 foods? You listed so many and made it so complicated
1) protein
2) omega-3’s
3) fiber
I should have said "3 food groups." thank you!
