2 Cups Flour
1 &1/2 Cup Club Soda
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Old Bay
1/2 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Hot Sauce
1 large egg
Butter:
Half A Stick Unsalted Butter
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Old Bay Seasoning
I’ve never had crab legs but if I ever do I feel like I need to have them this way 🤤

How much more soda did you add to the batter?
I'm surprised you cook them for 10min because I've done this before and it takes about 2-3min. before it starts to over brown and look too dark. Looks good though.
I believe i eye balled the additional soda, I put just enough to get the right consistency. Cook time will vary based on the temperature of the oil
