I used this recipe today came out perfect. The only thing I would suggest is that if u got less salmon then pictured scale back on season. I had little less used Andy Fry seasoning with all purpose flour n the egg wash but I didn’t add any seasoning and came out awesome and wasn’t salty.
OMG, so glad I found this video. I have never heard of fried salmon. I had to come back and let you know these were absolutely wonderful. Salmon is my favorite fish and I have never heard of anyone frying salmon. Love, love, love these. You have a new subscriber. 🥰

They are absolutely delicious and it makes for a great substitute for chicken nuggets. Honestly, I prefer it over chicken😉 I used the honey garlic glaze as a dipping sauce for this and my life is forever changed!

This is very similar to my oyster nuggets.. it’s about the same but I use rice flower and yellow cornmeal for the Oyster nuggets. Seasons are about the same..
