- Today I'm showing you all how I make my delicious, easy and quick Crispy Air Fryer Salmon Nuggets and Spicy Mayo Sauce.

I listed all the ingredients below for each recipe:
Crispy Air Fryer Salmon Nuggets
Ingredients:
1-2 lb Salmon (skinless)
1/2 pack Italian breadcrumbs
1/2 pack Fish fry
A pinch of Old Bay
Salt/pepper to taste
Optional: Lemon pepper seasoning
Homemade Spicy Mayo Sauce
Ingredients:
1 Cup Mayo (I used a low-fat version)
2 Tbsp lemon juice (or lime juice)
1-2 tsp Cajun seasoning (Chili powder or taco seasonings are great substitutes)
2 tsp Sriracha sauce (or regular hot sauce) *Add more or less depending on the desired heat level
Salt/pepper to taste

What temp do you set the airfyer on
Thanks so much for sharing your recipe, it’s getting late here but let me tell y’all these are delicious. Had some leftover odd pieces of salmon I’d already seasoned on yesterday added some additional seasoning and the batter except I used panko ,that’s what I had on hand along with the fish fry batter they still turned out sooo good! All air fryers are different, cooked mine on 400 for 6 minutes to the “T” came out great! I liked the sauce too so simple again many thanks! Blessings to you dear 🙏🏾

The breading mix didn’t brown for me. It stays white like a powder. Anything I should do to fix this?
