2 lb salmon, Cubed
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 Tsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp all purpose seasoning
2 Tsps onion powder
2 tsps paprika
1 Tsp Sazon seasoning
1/2 lime, squeezed
2 eggs
2 Tbsp hot sauce
Canola oil for frying
Spicy cilantro lime ranch sauce:
3 Tbsps cilantro, chopped
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1/2 cup Buffalo ranch
