I like the idea of examining hero characters with alternate moralities, but do better than “a spell switched everyone’s moralities”. Injustice and What If had more nuanced reasoning for their characters having different personalities and morals. The conditions in their universes were different, so they reacted differently. This doesn’t create a clear black and white flip flop of hero and villain, but instead challenges the reader to consider the complexity of moral judgements
