Great video, that's a good idea to make a video about how to make the most out of the computer to boost fps, because a lot of people do not even know about some GPU settings that do a lot of impact in the game. Peace ✌🏻
I'd check out a video about different types of AA (no need to be specific to Valorant as these techniques do the same thing in all games). Search something like "FXAA vs MSAA" into RUclips. There are several good videos on all the types and what they each do. A quick, high-level overview is that AA won't be as important the higher your resolution is (e.g. 4k and sometimes even 1080p). Load the game up to see if you can see jagged edges on any edge by moving your crosshair like he did near an edge. You might want to keep it off as AA lowers FPS, especially if you don't have a good computer. The benefit of stable, high FPS far outweighs jaggies on edges being removed. If you have the PC for it, MSAA does some intensive calculations to remove jaggies - MS stands for "multisampling". It samples the scene multiple times to average the jaggies out. FXAA is an NVIDIA technology to approximate MSAA but with less impact to FPS. When I researched it, FXAA and its algorithm can sometimes add what looks like motion blur when moving your screen fast. Consult a video for more details on the actual algorithms. They come from signal processing.
I still don’t know what too do in my place people look like 3 Pixels far so I can’t hit head shots easily but close is fine I have every on low or off because I have a low end pc but I will turn something up if it fixes my issue what is it?
any chance valorant will ever have that beautiful look it had in the project A announcement trailer? you could separate the enhanced lights and shadows settings from the material quality, this way we can let everything else on low but having those cool lights and shades improvements
I’d like a deep dive into network buffering. Current lowest server is 47 to Oregon. I usually play central (80 both) and i feel like network buffering on moderate sometimes makes the game feel better and sometimes it does not
question about 7:20. already have multithreaded rendering on, i assume it is greyed out or not displayed as an option if your hardware does not support it?
@@NuMakesGames thanks; thought so, but just wanted to confirm. also do any graphics settings impact the size/borders of smokes? i used to play on all high settings, and swapped to all low settings and i swear the borders are a tiny bit smaller, but i could be wrong. either way, i feel like visibility is much better on low in comparison to high, but it could just be me.
06:48 I have a Ryzen 5 3600 and a GTX 750 Ti 1 GB, I read that my CPU supports multithreaded rendering as it has 12 threads but because my GPU has 1 GB of VRAM I can't enable Multithreaded Rendering. Does this option really need more than 2 GB of VRAM or does the game just doesn't show this option to GPU's with low VRAM as they are generally weaker? GTX 750 Ti is weak for todays standards thats for sure but for Valorant I think it is adequate. So maybe in the future it can be enabled for users like me? =)
please do a video on how to optimize pc for valorant to reduce inpu latency/improve fps. There is a lot of snake oil out there. If you could guide us it would be amazing.
I got draw distance problem in valorant (teleporter/buildings on the range is not visible from afar), it appears similar to texture popping only when close to the objects. How to fix this?
Hello, I am curious, I know that multithreaded rendering is limited to cpus with 8 cores or more. This includes physical and virtual. personally I play on a 6 core no smt r5 3500. this means that while in many cases my cpu is faster than some of the cpus that do support multithreaded rendering, I am still unable to toggle it myself. is there any chance this will open up to 6 core cpus? would there be a benefit without having those 2 extra cores even though its faster as a whole? could there be a way to bypass those requirements for testing purposes? Thanks in advance!

Experimental sharpening works with bloom
Which settings should I put higher than on (all very low) If I'm CPU bottlnecked?
Only 'Improve Clarity' and 'Image Sharpening'?
