Dear Elizabeth, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge with humanity.
Your shorts are very very informative. May I please suggest that you allow the dialogue box with the information like drink, water drink pineapple juice hang eucalyptus in your shower for instance, when you say five ways to breathe better and you have five things that you point to could you leave those dialogue boxes on the screen for just a little bit longer maybe a second or two so people could read it sometimes there are several lines of words and you have to you can’t see it properly.
    Anyway, thank you again.

H Elizabeth, as a 67year old man with Sarcoidosis in my lungs and lymph noids, I want to thank you very much for your videos. And, if there is anything else you can come up with that would benefit me, I'd appreciate your input. Thanks again, Barry

You’re very welcome! Sarcoidosis is an inflammatory by nature so avoiding foods that cause inflammation and eating foods that are anti inflammatory will help!

Can you please post a video on how to increase oxygen saturation? Not so sure but I think my case is scarring and or fibrosis. Thank you

Hi! Yes, the best way to improve oxygen is with breathing exercises and regular exercise (strengthening your muscles). ❤
