I showed my pulmonologist your videos. He commented to me that I was doing much better with my breathing and asked me what I was doing about it and I did tell him about you I brought you up on my iPhone showed him just a little bit of this video, and his reply was “ if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” lol He suggested I keep on doing it. He could think of nothing better. I agree with him. Everything else I’ve been shown just didn’t have what it took to interest me. Seriously, anything I’ve been taught by the nurses don’t compare with what you teach us. Your videos are so clear, they’re calming, and they’re so positive Thank you so very much for helping me on the road to being a healthier me. (And my doctor says hi lol)

Dear Elizabeth, greatful to find you❤ My son is coughing 2 months whooping cough, thought is was going away. He has rales now. Is there a video you can recommend for us to get through this please?
I always recommend starting out every other day to allow your body time to rest and build muscle, but you can get to a point where you can do it everyday!

My son watched you and your son a month ago with the water bottle, He also did belly breathing, He's been coughing up, We're trying to add exercises That Would be best for the rales. Nobody talks about rales and I am searching for week, appriciate u

It’s just an indicator of mucus in him chest. The key is to keep them loose so they’re easier to cough out.
