Happy Launch Day! I'm excited to dive into the book!
A nice dish. Due to the citrus fruits, it has a beautiful, light and summery note. Therefore, I will also save it for the summer. My tip to the recookers: If you work with citrus fruits, you should rinse the knife immediately after completing the work with the fruits, as the acidity of the fruit has a negative effect on the sharpness of the knife. I get around this by using a ceramic knife, but of course not everyone has that.
Citrus is still quite popular in the fall/winter, so give it a try if you have citrus fruits where you are! As for the knife tip - thanks for sharing!

Just got this book in the mail today. It is so beautiful. Target has it on sale 22.75 lowest prices. Thats less than 22 cent per recipes. So worth it with picture to make sure you have it right. Like the health information. Your recipes are easy and simple to follow and ingredients that is easy to find.

I like that you use good, whole food ingredients. I especially liked the use of arrowroot rather than cornstarch. I think I might get your book! I’ve only watched 2, but I love your simple, but tasty recipes!
This is great! I also like to add some soy sauce and a little bit of ginger for the spice, and mint for garnish. It's the best!
