Would this replace the OEM gauge for a 2023 low rider s?

Can I use it on a Low Rider S 2023 (single gauge on the handlebar clamp) assuming I use the Digital Gauge cut out for the top clamp (Trashin, OG Moto, ..)? What is missing the gasket around the top display and what else? New Low Rider S comes with one round speedo Gauge so I can't reuse parts as you mention in this video.

Installed on 22 RG but i can’t figure out How to change from km/h to mph

Yes you can, also change miles to kilometers if desired.
