I've noticed that Indian has issues with the fit and finish on the bikes. People talk a lot of shit about the Harley, but they have the nicest fit and finish. Beautiful bikes . Indian is a great American ride, but if I'm going to spend over 20 grand on my ride I expect the fit and finish to be top competition paint jobs.

Love that bike, what a ride I had at demo day @ speedway. I can't get that unit at this time but I will probably get the 48. What's your thoughts on the 48?

I rode 48 for a year. Folded me in half like a taco with the forward control. Because you are folded in half, your feet arent under you to support hard bumps so if you hit a put hole you will be launched to the moon and land tush-to-seat without your feet cushioning the hit. If you stage upgrade the bike, you will lose what little mileage you get out of a tank and you will go to the gas station every other ride.
It is a really good looking bike and sounds like an actual Harley with the Evo engine, and honestly I wish i hadn't sold mine! Conclusion - the 48 is a fantastic bike but not without limitations, and my favorite sportster, second only to the roadster!
Hey Ryda, what are your thoughts on the Iron 883. My plans are to purchase one, this coming year. Any advice would truly be appreciated.
I own an older 883 and love. That is the one bike I refuse to part ways with so that says a lot. It’s so many aftermarket options for that bike that the possibilities are endless. And it’s a blast to ride. So I’d say do it.
This is the only bike I'd consider trading in my 2011 dyna street bob for. Problem is now my dyna is worth nothing even though it has the 110 tire shredder kit on it so kinda torn on what to do 🤷
Some places will still give you a good value for it.

Seems most people have been calling it more a burnt brown or reddish brown.
I call it a cross between catsup and rust. No way would I own a bike that color.
