If you had some left, I wonder if a minute or two in the air fryer would crisp them back up again. If it can make gross leftover onion petals crispy and delicious, it's got to work for these, right? :)
You are beyond welcome. This is one of my favorite snacks! I am soon going to try it in the oven at a super low temperature to dehydrate them so I can make them shelf stable
How did they turn out on the oven, I've tried them and they popped all over the oven and made a mess. I haven't gotten an air fryer yet, wondering if it would make doing them better.
It’s definitely not as soft as popcorn, and not as hard as corn nuts. It’s more of a lightly fried crunch on the outside and more of a soft chew on the inside. Of course, the more you cook them the crunchier they get
No way are they crispy to the center with this little cooking time. Great outside crunch but soft middle. Seasonings look awesome!
Thanks for sharing I can't wait to try these with ranch!
Oil and season them before you place them in the air fryer.

Thank you for sharing!! Wish I would have seen this a while back. Using the airfryer crisped them so well!!

You are making me hungry! Yum that looks good!
My new favorite snacks
Ty, I can't wait to try them.
I have chick peas baking in my oven right now...1 hour 15 minutes so far! I wish I had seen your video first!

After adding seasoning and keeping them for a minute, what temperature do you use ?
great smile! a huge like!
Watching from Devon England
They will be far better if you season before you cook
The spices don't even stick to the chickpeas at anytime, like eating dried crunch
If you don't care as much about the oil content, just mix your seasonings into some oil and toss your chickpeas in them.
Oil and season before air frier it works very well
Curious, it’s not better to place the bowls in the fryer? I’m new to the AF world so just wondering
They need hot air circulating around each … so, spread out, shake them up midway thru cooking … as many times as needed to get crispiness you want.
Are they heard on the teeth or is it more like popcorn ?
