Dani, this sounds like the perfect snack I've been looking for. Thanks! Also, could you please repost your video on how to make that Cauliflower pizza crust using frozen riced Cauliflower. You had a video to go with the ingredients but I haven't been able to find it. It's the recipe that you said the crust holds together. Thanks so much, Dani.😊
If you don't want to heat the oven up.....I've fried them in a large skillet with olive oil, about 2 tablespoons or less, and they turn out the same. Just brown them first, and then add the spices. Then sauté for a couple of minutes more. so good.
These look so good. I've seen recipes for these, but I've never made them. Next time I make hummus, I will make some of these and add them to the top. Thanks for the inspiration!
I’m going to try this using the chickpeas that are dried (in a bag), which I soak first. I’ll be sure they are dry before I make this recipe. The canned chickpeas are always mushy and have such a high salt count.😊
Hello. I recently came across your channel and am enjoying watching your recipes. I tried this today and I was surprised at the nice crunch. In my home country, we deep fry it and of course that's not a healthy way! We are careful with diet and don't eat fried foods so had to give it up for years now. BUT now with your recipe we can once again enjoy a childhood snack and not worry about it being unhealthy!!❤
So enjoying your channel. I enjoy the simple recipes and ease to make them. I have been so stuck in what I cook and being able to stick to a program. Got your book ordered.
Not sure if you’ll see this comment because of the date I’m posting, but I’m hoping to get some advise. I finally tried these and they are incredibly delicious! But I can’t get them crispy. I followed the directions to a tee and even tried cooking longer but couldn’t get them crispy. I dried them well too. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
I just love your channel and this brought back childhood memories, my Grandfather used to make this a LOOOOONG time ago....I am definitely making this and look forward to other videos on snax like this.....Keto snax are soo pricey and this is so simple, cheap and delish Thank you
These look good and sound good too! I’d love to see some ideas for super easy dinners on the go for when we have 5 minutes after work to get to sports!
I first saw these while I spent a summer in Greece in 1992! They are sold everywhere with raisins as a snack. I loved them! But have not been successful in making them. I’ll try again with your help. Thx!
@@CleanandDeliciousDani Thanks so much for the quick response and the link. I have heard of this salt and recall hearing it is very good. Can't wait to order some and make this yummy recipe!!
WOOOoooooooooOW👍Superb! We love it. Respected friend we really enjoyed your video from start to finish.🙂Stay blessed!👍Keep it up!🙂God bless you abundantly forever 🙂🙂Enjoy amazingly blessed week 🙂🙂Stay happy and well protected.🙂
I screamed internally when you wasted that good garbanzo water!!! Throw that in a blender with sugar and make vegetarian meringue substitute...or just shake it up for a whiskey sour! Aquafaba is versatile.
This recipe is a classic! I love to make them as a fun, healthy snack - try sprinkling them over salads, soups, and dips; so good! XO Dani

This looks so yummy. One question... when you refer to sea salt does that mean Kosher salt or table salt? Thanks!
I use sea salt. This is the one -> amzn.to/458ud60 But Kosher salt would be my second choice!

I think I’m going to try these but I’ll make a small sample with poultry seasoning. I’m hoping it taste like stuffing.

How long and what temp in air fryer? I agree, don't like the heat.
I never have to worry about storing roasted chickpeas for more than a day as there are never any left that long!
