@@hughmungus370 Funny how you pick and chose whatever fits your narrative. I bet you think this virus is not severe. First of all not everyone gets the same vaccine since there are multiple different types out there. Second Even if everyone gets the same vaccine not everyone will/wants to get vaccinated so 8,000,000,000 is not accurate. Third this virus has a case fatality rate of 1%-5% so even if we go with what nutheads believe and say it's 99.9% survivable then 0.1% of 8,000,000,000 is 8,000,000 which is far higher then 200,000 that you allege could die from vaccine. Also covid19 has a ton of cases where people survive but still have damage to organs some of which could be permanent. So stop with your anti-vaxx bull you idiot

The most interesting thing about this incident is how NOBODY mentioned the damage and trauma of the child who was removed from his father - and all that time the child was also held in custody by a stranger while he knew the police were doing something with his daddy.

What is the logic behind ID requests? The cop says he wants to verify who the guy is, but do their know the identity of the alleged perpetrator? What is the logic??!!

@@Leonicles I’m happy to hear that someone from the US recognise they are way behind even though is much richer than the UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, and any other democratic country in Europe at least but, the US keeps claiming they are the best at everything and then we have these examples of bad authority all around your country (assuming you are in the US) but still, at least 45% of the voters are anti to go back in time if the Republicans win the election again. We also support our allies and that has nothing to do with wealth but instead with mindset. The respect for others is lost in translation; the education is only for the rich; the separation of religion and power is something the republicans refuse to recognise and accept; racism (I know we have the t everywhere not only in your country) but in America is just another level of and the list goes on and on…

Most cops get off on bullying. All they want is to get the bust. You see after they let him go the Corporal was showing disdain toward his Seargent, behind his back for over ruling him. It is frightening that law enforcement officers are ignorant of the law. This is a nationwide problem. This cop will do this again if they do not take him out of law enforcement. He is far too ignorant to learn from a slap on the wrist.

Since when is a Walmart employee, a certified child care provider for the state?
I would sue them on that fact alone! To let a stranger take a helpless child, without any vetting, is absurd, to say the least. Child abuse, and neglect, would be one of the charges.

Get the child separate legal representation and sue Walmart, the municipality, and the officers.

It's called the dumbing down of America. We have more information than ever before, but we are increasingly incapable of effectively using that information.
In other words in days gone by most people alive had common sense hence the name common sense. Today common sense is an oxymoron. We have made our society so safe that we keep people alive that have no common sense. We just seemed to be running out of competent people to fill the necessary positions.

This cop is too stupid to be a crossing guard. Why is he still employed is beyond me. Some municipalities seem to have no standards at all. I live in a suburb of Milwaukee. The cops here are professional and courteous. They write too many traffic tickets, but to be fair, our drivers are some of the worst.

Recently dropped the qualifications to graduate. Abusing Law
ALL Police must memorize the Constitution before given a Gun a Badge.
That's the ONLY way they can Protect The Law.
90% of arrests are illegal. People are stupid.

@@JohnSmith-xp9gr Are you just not aware that the Supreme Court’s interpretation of what you just typed is that it “protects all except the plainly incompetent or those who knowingly violate the law”?
“I didn’t know that this was bad” or “Well, that rule is kinda iffy to me…” don’t work for regular people in civil court.
It also encourages the justice system to deliberately stay as vague as possible, which is why the word ‘reasonable’ is thrown around so loosely as well as encouraging police to stay as ill-informed as possible about the updates to a situation in progress so that if they *do* make a mistake, they can just point to the old contemporary knowledge excuse.
…People who love to defend QI always act like it’s so incredibly limited, but if that were the case, then there’d be no reason to fight to preserve it rather than just “having your day in court” like everyone else.
