Question, what if it was a creep stalking a girl and the cops proceeded to just let him go without investigating, and he then does something to the girl? We all would have laid into the cops for not doing their jobs and protecting her, even after the girl reported that she was being stalked.
I don't blame the cops for being careful here and attempting to question him.

funny how we can do that in our "spare time" but most cops can't be bothered to act right even when they are getting paid. They make good money, but harassing people is half the job, and that is just a fact. One cold, hard fact for you.
Every officer swears an oath to uphold and protect our Constitution, but pretty much every cop violates their oath directly by going Mr X on someone, or indirectly by not applying the law to fellow officers as THEY do so--letting them get away with criminal activity that costs taxpayers millions. There are no good cops.
Only good one I saw was a female cop, who had to drag her superior off of her suspect while he brutalized him and assaulted him and threatened to merder him while he was in handcuffs and passively resisting, just wasting time: she's the only good cop I've seen, she stopped the criminal activity, and her CAPT turned around and choked her publicly for doing so. I don't think anything happened to him either. I hope she reconsiders her gang affiliation before someone gets the drop on her, thug, or fellow officer. What's the difference.... I hope she moved on to better things.
Maybe some other good cops quit, or maybe if they are old school and made it, retired. But there really are ZERO good cops. Not anymore. Maybe the Sheriffs that uphold Constitution and publicly state they will not enforce unconstitutional jibberyjoo at the state level and told others they have no right either, to enforce the law constitutionally, as sworn to.
      But yea, NO GOOD COPS!

It has nothing to do with what you're implying. There are multiple incidents where an auditor knows and vocalizes his rights yet still has his rights violated. The officers simply could've chose not to listen to this victim and arrested him like they do most of the time. It has nothing to do with him vocalizing his rights. It has everything to do with either they didn't feel like vioating his rights, or they didn't want to for other reasons, maybe because he's white etc.

You can even hook your phone into them and turn it essentially into a giant phone or navigation screen, if the vehicle itself does not have built in GPS navigation with destination option. If the police recieve a call from anyone (especially a young woman) saying, hey, there is this guy following me. I'm scared. Then of course they are going to investigate. On the other hand, say they ignore the same call and the young lady goes missing or is found dead? How do you think the public will react when the police knew that she might be being followed and deliberately did nothing/ignored it? 911 dispatch would be fired, officers would be demoted or fired. “DAMMM”
    “DAYYMMMMMM”!
    “GOD DAYMMMM”!!
Are the words I mumbled at the end of this video and my wife looked and me and said “what”!?? As if I was in disbelief, this is the best video I’ve ever seen of a man putting some Cops in their places, and doing so respectfully. You can see that they had nothing to say and were in shock at this man’s words. OMG that was 🔥

LOL he's blowing that young officer's mind. You mean these badges don't give us extra rights?

This guy flat out nailed it. Now charge them $1000 for every minute you were detained.

No, no. Don't just stop there. This video is evidence of FOUR LEOs committing a 10 year in prison felony under 18 USC 242./

Cops are taught to lie....Hearsay isn’t reasonable enough of an excuse.
I love how the cops want the driver to give up possible information they have to do by doing actual police work by investigation.
Ego is one thing and a bruised ego can be dangerous. Be safe out there.

They are taught to lie because legal authorities have empowered them to do so.

I was in the jury box once when the judge asked me if "she ordered" me to accept circumstantial evidence, the same as real evidence, would I follow her orders? I said NO, if it's not real, then it's not evidence... She broke for lunch and 1 1/2 hrs later, she released me from duty, next to COPs Judges are real pricks...

@@Ron-gm7dd You're right - fairness and honesty in the system are in scarce supply. I accept circumstantial evidence with hard evidence the same way I accept a loaf of bread from the store - I discard the bag (the stuff that's 'hard to swallow') after all the bread is gone. I wonder how the judge would have responded to that analogy; probably the same way you experienced.

@@Scyllax Yes they are by SCOTUS.. but that doesn't require us to accept that what a LEO is saying is truthful either once we understand that premise..I know they are permitted to lie so I am assuming they are all of the time..... especially if I know better, and their lies are indicative of that fact..
