Thank you for posting this video as mostly all videos just point to the main harness and dont mention anything on this connector. This was definetly the same problem with my Gsxr.I actually took the metal connector and each pin one by one and cleaned the oxidation with my dremel and then applied dielectric grease to avoid moisture getting in again. Now it all looks new and is working again Thanks to your video!Shout out to The Hommie for saving us a few bucks that can now go to other accessories!😎
i fucking love you dude .... literally i was stumped and didn't know what was wrong with my bike until i found this video. You are the man! ... side note: my speedometer only reads 0 now
@@brandonhall604 speed sensor was fried but my entire ecm had to be replaced because some asshole installed resistors with the led blinkers instead of the "led fuse" and when the resistors went bad they fried my system ='\
Another case of people who shouldnt be working on any bike or car. My gauge is missing part of the numbering s so im pretty sure my issue is completely different.
I just got a 05 gsxr 600 and there is one connector right unde seat it's green with 2 wires in it and dude has it jumped idk why but I'm thinking it was O2 sensor but I'm not sure it's right above the shift lever under seat. Can u confirm what that goes to I can't find nothing on it and idk how to read these crazy wire diagrams. And when I start bike it has red light on top right hand side but when I go to put it in dealer mode it comes up as C00 which means no codes but why won't the light go off..
I just put a new battery in my 04 600. I’m not getting any indication on the gauges and the pump doesn’t run when I turn the key over. The harness looks like a hack job. Should I change the harness out or just take it to a shop. I have plenty of electrical experience

Have you checked your speed sensor? That could be the issue.
