Pilot hands down. It’s just as roomy, but
It’s better quality, drives better superior engine transmission AWD system combo. Toyota has none of that yet it’s significantly more expensive

Just my opinion, I will take a NA V6 over a turbo 4 any day of the week. Call me old school, but this will influence my future purchase decision. I will give Honda props for the removable center section to the 2nd row bench seat with ability to store it in the rear.

Everyone complains about the screen but honestly you hardly look at it while your driving. it doesn't need to be any bigger. its completely fine and frankly a completely irrelevant issue. It would be much worse if there weren't dedicated buttons from things like seat and climate controls. ... that would be idiotic. (we own a 2023 top end model).

For me, the problem isn't the screen size itself necessarily, but the awful cheap looking bezel surrounding the screen. This bezel reminds you every time you look at it that Honda actually designed the dash to fit the bigger screen found in the accord.

You should note that many of the features you don't get with the Pilot lower trim levels are also not available on lower trim levels of the Kia Telluride. For example, Telluride EX doesn't have 360 deg view and it doesn't have front obstacle sensors. Yes, the display is smaller than a Telluride, but you can put some of that data into the digital instrument cluster e.g. music data. The displayable nav map on the Elite 9" screen is the same as if your Telluride is in the split screen mode. I recently traded in my 2023 Telluride EX for a 2024 Honda Pilot Elite and I'm very satisfied with the Pilot. The user interface on the Pilot to me is far more intuitive than the Kia and not as quirky.

I just bought a 24 touring and I love it. It is the nicest Honda pilot. I’ve owned since 2013. It has a different feeling when you’re driving it than any of my other pilots and it feels more luxury than anything else. I’ve had. so far no complaints. I’ve always been happy with Honda. I don’t care about the screen size and I’m not gonna downgrade to a Hyundai ho for silly unimportant features.

    1. The techs you mentioned were mostly personal preference. On the scale, I would say Honda's current generation tech would be one of the easiest to use. Screen size is likely going to be updated soon as the refreshed MDX just received a larger infotainment screen.
    2. In terms of the powertrain, could we be realistic and honest, almost all of them get the similar projected MPG, and not to mention they are basically the same in the real-world. I will take Honda's V6 over most of these Turbo-4 engines on the market.
    3. Some of the luxury features would be nice to have but they would achieve absolutely nothing, and only to drive up the MSRP. For example, you mentioned the head-up display, personally it is super distracting, I will stick with the gauge only; in terms of the folding mechanism of the 3rd row, give me the basis manual lever or a strap, way faster and easier. As they said, if it did not break, don't fix it.
    4. AWD adds extra, and almost unnecessary costs of ownership, maintenance, and fuel economy. It is awesome to see Honda gives it as an option, not forcing consumers to eat it up.
    5. In the real world, the 3rd row is only meant for children and only very brief trips for adults, I personally do not notice a significant difference between Pilot, Grand Highlander and Atlas.

One of the main deficiencies of reviews of SUVs is the lack of measurement of cargo- or passengers- or towing-WEIGHTS. For example, it should be easy for the reviewer to put, say, the necessary extra 150-180 lb dummies or even sandbags into the vehicle to see exactly what effect all that cargo mass would have on the get-up-and-go necessary to climb an entrance ramp onto a superhighway to merge safely with traffic.
While testing TOWING performance is harder if the test SUV does not have a tow package, towing performance is also critical in a SUV. These vehicles are not meant to be sports cars, so watching the reviewer zoom off at a high speed may be entertaining, but it does not impart that much useful knowledge in the cargo-hauling sense.

Your comments don't match other reviews. I have watched a lot on 4th Gen Pilot 2023-2025 the last few years. Steering is not one of the Cons they ever mentioned.
In fact more than a few praise it.
Pilot gets knocks for infotainment screen size. Less tech features than many competitors. Fuel Economy. Not as luxurious as some others. Use of a Timing Belt.
Another review also said Pilot handles better than Korean twins.
