I am thinking at one time this old facility was converted to a very low level custody juvee camp based on the wood framing I see including wood door hasp over what was once steel door security lock mechanisms. The type known as Folgers Adams keys, those big assed thick steel keys still in use today. Historically, Basement levels were utilized for housing disciplinary or "High Risk" prisoners. The mentally ill criminals always were housed away in an isolated area. As the hours, the days, the months, the years such incarcerated would scream, yell, bang any and all parts of their body against those steel doors. Self mutelation, the eating and drinking of their own urin, feces, and blood made for interesting specticals the art world would fight over I suppose. As cell walls became depictions of the individuals self loathings to such a broken life force, for the many, it all began once broken free from their mother's womb...

The problem with ATVs is the gas mileage not the power
    25 miles a gallon is a joke
should be getting 100 miles a gallon for minis and 50 mpg minimum for side by side
much better off with a small truck than an ATV
15,000$+ side by sides I laugh at the people driving them
I met a guy who said he paid 18,000$ for his atv and all the accessories lol
was going to buy one until i researched it
