$53,000, I don't think you need to mention it has electric windows and door locks

I paid 53000 ..... ultra luxury package.
Thank you for a very professional review. I have seen several other YT reviews of this car and none were as thorough or efficient. Details like showing us the size of the rear seat pass through was especially helpful for me and the lack of power folding mirrors. Very well done. Thank you again.
This review is the best one I've seen. It gets right into the car in short order. Nice job!
lexus becomes more luxurious and beautiful than before...
you do a very good job and are well informed
I had the opportunity to live with this vehicle for one week while my GS F Sport had a sunroof issue repaired. I guess I could be biased because of my generic rear wheel Gs.
First off nice looking yes. Interior slightly cramped in head room compared to mine. Noticed just by standing along side of it. The dash is a Little cheapened from the previous ES and Gs. They put a toggle to adjust the temperature, really? Now to drive it. If you are used to a front wheel drive vehicle you will like it. Infotainment center is improved. But I’m not a tech guy.
The drive is smooth since it’s the luxury as expected. Personally it felt so front end heavy as you accelerate and steer. It felt like it needed sand bags in the trunk to even the weight distribution out. The more I drove it. The more I wanted my car back. Even if they add the rear axle and make it an AWD car. I would look for another car down the road . Nice but definitely not for me.
Maybe not for you but I believe it will be Lexus' most popular vehicle by years end. It offers a lot for the money in other words real value. Great ride, very quiet, with lots of useful options for the money. Plus top resale value and reliability. Classic luxury car points most buyers look for. Personally I am well past the age of saying my car will go faster than yours.
Lexus will at some point in the near future discontinue the GS format without replacement. The 4th generation is getting pretty long in the tooth at this point ( 8 years) is doesn't sell well anymore. The GS is a great vehicle for what it is, but most Lexus buyers are looking for a very comfortable quiet ride in a highly sophisticated and reliable vehicle The ES is the sweet spot.
@@rrrogster year 2022 and everything you predicted is 💯 correct,
Well done.
RC and ES don’t get power folding mirrors in Nothern America, yet they do in all other markets. Why is that?
Time Bandit at 0:32 seconds she just said that they do
He’s right, in the United States ES Ultra Luxury 350 model doesn’t come with electronic folding mirrors, purchased on the east coast.
Samson Haze so in the west coast they do?
@@Edward-jn6bp Just bought it, they don't have power folding in the US.
Joshua N. Yeah ik
Nice I'll be replacing my 2015 with this model.
This is more luxurious than the "2018 Toyota Camry XSE v6" although the Camry will smoke this es350 0-60mph despite the 1hp gain over the Camry as the Camry V6 is a lot lighter than the es350 while sharing the same engine and gearbox
De U - True, but no one who would buy a Lexus ES is looking for sports car. And if they were looking for real sports car, neither an ES or a Camry should be in that consideration.
And why did you put “Toyota Camry” in quotes?
@@ONI1013. understood. Just needed to point out the fact that the less expensive car is faster on a straight line. That's all
Looks gorgeous!
No auto folding mirrors? Seriously.. 2019 50k car..
Do you know why?
It's funny how the euro or Japanese model has that feature
Shanley Henry Ik I hate that🙄
Unfortunate
the 2020 version has the auto folding mirrors
What’s driving me crazy is when you hit the stop button everything shuts off, it should stay in accessory mode till you open your door!!
I thought this thing was about to smash into the wall lol
Beautiful..! I have the RCh 300 f sport - nicest car I have ever driven
Just sad the RC doesn't come with the 350 engine in many countries. Seeing the ES getting it is awakening a sort of "unfair" feeling in me.
Very aggressive styling, not sure how I feel about it, I liked the cushion feeling an ES gave.... let the LS , GS, IS be the aggressor, stay true to ur roots Lexus!
FORC3OFX F3AR GS is gone.
MIssing sunglass holder near the rearview mirror. No light in the center armrest box.
mrpmj00 -awee man, seriously..It’s the little things!😫
Nicely done
I love it BUT it's slow 0-60mph in 6.6 seconds. Even the Toyota Camry's same engine gets going in 5.8 seconds.
Because the weight
It's heavier, wider, longer....
Smooth transmission..
Lexus very special!
What does it takes for someone in Nigeria to get this car
No fog lights ?
No power folding mirrors on a $50k+ car frequently compared to the E-class. This is just plain embarrassing...
Yeah everything else about it is awesome but that I wonder why they don’t put the auto power folding mirrors on because other Lexus models do?
What's the big deal about power folding mirrors? How often do you fold your mirrors electronically or manually anyway and for what purpose? I have manually folding mirrors which I have never ever folded and wouldn't fold them any more if they were electronic.
rickmalone270 some people like it others don’t it but it’s a feature they should put on because that’s what customs don’t and on other Lexus models that have it they turn it on or off
rickmalone270 -hmmm good point! My friend has them and I think, how often would I use them? I have the 2016 and I just realized that my mirrors manually folded! 🤦🏻♀️ I guess that feature is not that important to me😂
Now if I still lived in the city and had to park on a very tight street or work/park everyday on one, well that may be a bigger issue.
The schreen is touch
Platinum Silver Metallic or Sonic Titanium?
Silver!
Just im goona say اللهم أرزقنا ياااا☝️ااارب
No climate control for back area plus no folding mirrors.... that’s crazy
Voice is fading in and out. SPEAK UP!!!!!!!!!!!
Every other competitor has AWD, why wouldn't they add this..
Actually front wheel is enough to snow..
AWD is heavier and not smooth.
is this the sonic titanium color?
Atomic Silver
nice
the digital speedometer makes the car look cheap
From the light switch gear location to the digital instrument panel, Lexus has gone back to the 80s
Yeah I like the classic look
Does anyone know if this car needs premium fuel?
Regular gas it's why I bought it over an e class
Confirmed. Runs on regular.
Why am I attached to her beautiful voice
Still looks cheap on the inside 😩
Looks like a Ford fusion I will stick to Cadillac CT6
Black has the power of making most interiors look cheap. Only exception I've seen are the newest Mercedes interiors. They manage to make black look sleek.
Never go wrong with a Benz E class and up
