Hi Kristie and fellow back pain sufferers. The video that changed everything for me was on June 19 , 2019 and the title is "Stretches To Ease Back Tension and Increase Flexibility". AMAZING RESULTS !!!!
This is it! The part on 3:40 that I didn’t know I need! Thank you so much for explaining the do and don’ts so clearly-even the time to breathe. I have bern trying to do this for so long but always ended up with neck pain.
In the same way that the beauty and expertise put into a painting becomes more and more evident over time, the good doctor uses her body with its physical abilities to tell a profound story about health and wellness, which also becomes more profound as the years pass. She has found a great way to turn the aging process into an asset, a self evident argument for her career/life choices. I for one am inspired to enjoy the journey.
Thank you so much for these! You are wonderful! Chiropractor gave me a plank workout to help my back and strengthen core, but I ended up with neck and shoulder pain. These seem like a great alternative. You are always so helpful and positive! Much appreciated 😊! Wish you were in Connecticut....I'd visit your practice and thank you in person.
This channel is gold. I have not seen a single video that does not help. Most channels repeat the same old thing with minimal explanation or demonstration. Plus you get entertained by all the thirsty men comments. 🤣🤣🤣
Love this! Kinda answered my previous question on your other video. Will memorize this and do this 4-5x a week.. Hope that would not bee too little? Been doing standing abs workout for few months now 6x a week but I hurt my back yesterday. Probably wrong posture and breathing and too long.. Thank you for this! 💜✌️, HAPPY NEW YEAR
Excellent video. I am a huge fan of yours. Over the years of my Firefighting career , I developed a very sore , painful back. About a year ago , I happened to have one of your stretches pop up in a search because I was in such pain. Not fun when you're retired. After spending literally TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN OUR BENEFITS PLAN , my back was still sore 80% OF THE TIME !!! Your back stretch video , made all of the difference in my life. My back pain can now get to a point in the day while helping my electrician son , to where it's excruciating.(Spinal arthritis in there too). I do your stretch for 5 minutes and , BANG , good to go for another 12 hours. Keep the videos coming , I tell all of my firefighting friends about your videos and I know that they do your stretches everyday. SO GUYS , SUBSCRIBE TO HER AND SMASH THAT DAMN LIKE BUTTON !!!!!! -----"DACE"
I subscribed in hopes of trying some of this, hurting all over now. Dancing ussuly helps once I start out slow. It's just starting after sitting a lot lately
Absafrikinlootly awesome figure, it's obvious you practice what you preach. Thank you and keep them coming. You've got me back playing golf practically pain free. THANK YOU MA'AM
You’re welcome 😊 That’s so good to hear that you’re back to golf with minimal pain! I know how miserable it can be when you can’t do the activities you love!
It definitely takes some practice to get the deeper muscles to activate! It’s a good one to practice just on its own. See if this helps too: ruclips.net/video/38-UyMqSOww/видео.html
Just a quick question when I do the leg lowers I get a kind of clicking in my hip on my right side, could this just be a tight hip flexor, no pain either?
2 years ago I Had a spine surgery, lumbar área. Screws on L5 and L4. I try to excercise, not rotating, no crunch. Can you give more options please? Funny excercises please!!!!
I have Diastasis Recti and am slowly working on correcting that. Are these exercises acceptable to help with that or would you recommend something different.
Are these doable with a 2.5 finger ab separation at the belly button area? I’ve been slowly closing the gap from pregnancies and don’t want to lose progress!
Great question! I would wait until that gap closes more. Everyone is different but I was able to do these after mine got to 1.5. You definitely don’t want to be straining the rectus right now.
Wow those are killer, glad you showed the easy versions! Have you thought about doing some vids on different exercise ideas/programs out there? I would be curious what a PT would think about "one punch man workout" or the superhero workouts out there on the net. Happy Tuesday!.

Can I workout my abdominal muscles everyday?
Thank you so much ❤
You're so welcome!
Can I try any of these exercises if I have recently bruised my tailbone?
It very much depends on how your body feels!
When do you have the back against the floor and when do you keep a shallow hollow?
It all depends on the shape of your spine and what feels comfortable.
So blessed by this, I hope you are blessed abundantly! ❤️🥰👏🏼
That is so kind of you! Thank you 😊

Moved too quickly! It’s healing:)
Awesome, wonder if you could comment on other “ab” exercises and why they might not work.
Thanks! I’m not a fan of sit-ups as they put a lot of pressure on the spine. Your spine is not designed to move and stabilize at the same time so it’s one I get rid of in people’s routines.
Also, the standing side bend places a great deal of shear force on the spine and it’s not the best way to target obliques.
