I think this excersices especially for mens, are no begginer friendly at all, from 5:12 the strenght of the core and the reach (flexibility) that you need, is pretty much an athlete skill. I mean if you do them properly like her obviously 🙃. What you think Dr Kristie?

I felt like I never did abs before...I know I was skipping training them too much but damn...also I need more flexibility, can't keep my legs straight on some of those exercises. Thank you for the video. I was able to follow it through like 80%. Will look into some beginner abs workout of yours as well.

Took me 15+ minutes to do this, rest, swearing and hydration inclusive. How many times can/should you do this a week if for eg. you're working out like 5 times a week for diff muscle groups (like a min and a max too)? And how much of a warm-up is necessary for this?
Cut out carbohydrates. No rice, no bread, no potatoes, no pasta. No sugar of any kind. No alcohol. Eat protein (meat, fish and vegetables) only. Do this for one month. Brutal..? Yes, but it works. 👍
Hi Dr kristie, 10 months ago I had spinal surgery, s1, L5, L4. 6 screws 1 disk 2 rods. I seem to be going well, is it ok for me to do these exercises for my core. I've been doing some core exercises, lol one was the plank, which I'll now change. Love your posts, they are excellent to watch. doing quite a few of the different stretches. Tia

Great exercises Kirstie ...i find my body is making noise(front of my right side pelvis/hip area)when trying to do dead bug exercise or lifting leg up and down.Would u please advise on that,do i do it wrong or something is not in right position in my body?
That sounds like it might be hip flexor tendon. When this happens, I tell my patients to really focus in on engaging the abs. Also, keeping one foot down and the knee bent can help.
@@drkristieennis Yes i have noticed in past to keep my lower back on floor while exercising i really have to concentrate on it and do it slow,then noise does not come so often.Also right side of my hip is making same noise sometime when i turn my body.Thank u will try!
Can you do something on abs and back for osteopenia???? I was told not to twist and I’m not osteoporosis yet and have done crunches and stuff for a long time!!! Now need to be careful. Any suggestions
