    I have done loads of ab exercises on RUclips and this is hands down the best I've done. Really activates the lower abs without activating the hip flexor which is just what I needed. Thanks.

    Thanks Doc. I am a 70 year old man, 6'4" 205 lbs who has had herniated discs at L3-L4 and L4-L5 for about 45 years. I have been doing 2 cycles of this series for about 6 weeks. My lower back is now far more stable than it has been in years. I will soon check out your other recommendations in hopes my old body responds to those as well.

    Great video, Dr Ennis. I am a new subscriber and not sure you have addressed this in your other videos but do you have good preventative exercises for Kyphosis or Dowager Hump. I have good posture now and want to make sure I keep it that way. 👍 Thank you.

      Thank you! I don’t have a video specifically for that but I do have some posture videos that will address the muscles. Also, adding in pulling exercises (rows, pullbacks) helps. Try these videos:

    Will this workout reduce belly fat?

      This will help tone up the muscles. A combo of diet and strength training is needed for overall fat loss.

    I liked the workout but as I have MS I’m struggling with them, is there an easier way of doing them with similar effect. They look like Pilates type moves, which I love. Thank you.

    Great exercises Kirstie ...i find my body is making noise(front of my right side pelvis/hip area)when trying to do dead bug exercise or lifting leg up and down.Would u please advise on that,do i do it wrong or something is not in right position in my body?

    • @drkristieennis
      @drkristieennis  3 года назад

      That sounds like it might be hip flexor tendon.
      When this happens, I tell my patients to really focus in on engaging the abs.
      Also, keeping one foot down and the knee bent can help.

      @@drkristieennis Yes i have noticed in past to keep my lower back on floor while exercising i really have to concentrate on it and do it slow,then noise does not come so often.Also right side of my hip is making same noise sometime when i turn my body.Thank u will try!
