You’re welcome! Thanks for being a part of my community:)
That last exercise informed me that i need to work more on my core strength. You make it look so easy. I can barely lift myself and certainly not as long as you do.
Great and simple video thank you so much
Thank you for these simple techniques that are able to be done at home.
Thank You 🙏🏻
Great Exercises
Thank you for all these wonderful ways to stay in shape at home with our own body weight. It's important to know. Love seeing a toned body. Inspiring.
You’re welcome! We are all spending more time at home right now and it’s important to keep exercising:)
The day after an inner thigh workouts is always a pleasurable experience
Because nothing is more enjoyable than sore inner thigh muscles while trying to walk and sarcasm.
Very wise:)
@@drkristieennis Have you ever had post-workout inner thigh pain so bad that you had to slide UP the stairs? :)

Felt so good.thank you, for your clear explanation.🙏🙌

I will try this
Thanks Dr Ennis. Geetings 🌺
You’re welcome 😊
Just what I need, thank you Dr. Ennis. I have been washing my hardwood kitchen floor using a towel for a few years and doing the same movements which accomplishes two things: a clean kitchen floor and toned inner thighs …. Voila!
I love it!!
These are great, very effective!
Thanks!
Love this!! Yay!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉
At 71, I truly appreciate the stretches and toning/strength-building exercises you are demonstrating. Your genuine enthusiasm helps support our efforts to keep ourselves conscious of the importance of continuing to work on ourselves. I have some early peripheral neuropathy happening in my left foot. Are there exercises to build strength in weak areas caused by neuropathy? I know that diabetes can be a source of neuropathy, and thank goodness, that is not an ailment that I have. Any pointers would be much appreciated.
Thanks so much! It’s great to hear you are working on your stretching and strengthening!
I generally work on general strength and balance, as well as add cardio in.
I can't do squats,(OA, cysts in bone heads). Always grateful for knee friendly inner thigh muscle building.
Hi from RI! So glad to have stumbled into your videos, thanks for all your tips and time!! You got a great personality and nice to know you're a New Englander also!!

That towel gliding exercise would scare me, but it would definitely wear you out. And that double knee with towels..😨. The last exercise, that's a good one! Killer!!!! Another great video, thanks!
I cant get on my knees like that any suggestions
Thanks! ⚘🎯
You’re welcome 😊
Hello doc !
I got an MRI about two months ago and it showed bulging disc at L5 S1and DDD, with early osteophyte at C5-6.
My lower leg, knee under went numb ...after doing 4 sets of 100 inner thigh with pilates ring ...
I haven’t been able to work out for 2.5 months now and just doing some exercises for bulging disc from RUclips ... it has improved, but am wondering if it is advisable for me to do these exercises for inner thighs with my condition? I have very flabby and loose inner thighs specially after not being able to work out after knee and knee below pain and numbness bud to bulging disc....
Any other recommendations? Thank you so much for your helpful videos , specially the ab exercises for back pain 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Nice!
Ummmm, can I just purchase a set of thighs like yours?! 😂 But seriously- those are great exercises and easy to work into my day. Thank you!
You’re welcome! 😊
Hi Dr. Kristi, great exercises! I’m looking for an exercise that will not bother calcification on my knee cap ;(. I can’t remember when I did squats. Thanks

Thank you!
What kind of warm up exercises would you suggest?
Thank you; these look as if they will be very helpful.
Any suggestions for exercises for fat behind the knee? I've lost 130+# but still have stubborn pockets and LOTS of toning to do.
Very pretty looking inner thigh muscles you have Dr. Kristie. I mean that is a good way. Golfers need this because they do not realize how important our inner thighs are in a Golf swing.
Aww men! I wish i have a smooth floor. That sliding excercise looks like it would definitely work!
Thanks Dr Kristie!!! i find exercise #2.Plie + #5 Copenhagen Plant extremely helpful for my knee strengthening(from an Old injury), plus the Other 2 Videos i commented on earlier in the week... #1 sorta reminded me of Suzanne Somer's thigh master :)
I was doing incline benching couple weeks ago and i missed the Safety bar on the weight rack when putting back the weights over my head and since it was heavy weights my wrists bent awkwardly and popped out my Scaphoid bone. in the 1st few days it was excruciating pain when i try to push off using my right hand, then the pain disappeared just like many human nature injuries.... But i discovered my Scaphoid bone popped out, so once i realize it's okay to push the bone back in place and massage it religiously everyday since, it's a lil tender in that area but at least the bone isn't sticking out anymore... i didn't use any magical oil to rub it in because i don't want to have my thumb slipping over my wrist, just want a FIRM Hold on the Scaphoid bone and squeezed it in place and massage it to death, repeat the process several times a day.... Wondering if you've any Scaphoid injury therapies/techniques/advices.... Thank You in Advance...
Oh boy! That must have been painful 😥
Unfortunately, the scaphoid isn’t something I work with that often so I don’t have any great suggestions.
@@drkristieennis indeed excruciating pain when applying weight to push off to get off bed. After 5 days of intense massage and popped the scaphoid back in place, it's a lot better now in my 2nd week... The redness swelling is reduce, no pain, will start lifting weights again Tomorrow... :D The FUN part is i Fixed it ALL by myself without Chiropractors or Surgery. Gotta admit, it was pretty bad in the beginning, the Scaphoid bone completely popped out of it's location, and it was 3/4" inches sticking out of my wrist.
Popeye Sailorman that’s amazing you did all that yourself!! I hope it continues to improve:)
@@drkristieennis Thank You! it's human nature that injuries either gets better or it gets worse... With the Temperature warming up, it should heal faster(warmer weather/temperature = better blood flow/Circulation)...
Keep up the GREAT work making these informative/helpful videos... :)
Popeye Sailorman warm weather certainly helps lots of things:) thank you!
Mmhhmm that was awesome!
Thank you!
Your thigh look very balanced on your legs !
I do a lot of leg work:)
Will start today, maybe I get rid of the last bit off wobble 😅
thnky
You’re welcome!
Is this knee friendly? Thanks!
I love the look of these exercises....but I have no floors suitable for sliding around on! Any tips on how I could do similar exercises on carpet?
The sliders for moving furniture around. Slick plastic on one side and foam or something on the other
Do you have a triceps workout for flabby arms?😊
It’s on the list for sure:)
another great one for my hips. my goal is to run 100m in less than 13 seconds in January 2022. Thnx. :)
You’re welcome and that’s awesome!!
How many times a day should I do this workout without trying to hurt my leg?
I just found your channel . Beautiful legs , congratulations. Inner thigh is one of my body area I want to improve and have good results .
What would be the repetitions with break for each one of the exercises you did . First start 10 repetitions as you did and increase each day or what is your suggestion? Do you recommend to make this inner exercises 2 days on a raw , one day break or start ever day during 2 weeks and after that every 2 days combine with other of your inner thigh workouts ?
Thanks so much !! Your advise so important
Thanks! I typically have my clients start with 1-2 sets of 10 depending on how things feel, 2-3 non consecutive days a week.
Thank you so much Dr. Kristie for your advise and for sharing these exercises .
I like your moves but have carpet on the floor so how do I do the towel moves, any suggestions doc!
They actually sell gliders online that would work on carpet.
Or move to another room that has tile:)
I am 70 and for the most part I have been pretty active, but since Covid I became lazy☹️. My inner thighs have become flabby with cellulite 😫. I’m back speed walking and adding yoga, but will these exercises help me at my age to re-firm my thighs 🤷🏼♀️
Hi Dr Ennis, love your videos! Thank you. I was wondering if you can do a video on excercise for the foot. I have arthritis in my feet and I think I also have extensor tendonitis. I have a great deal of pain in the top of my feet when I stand for too long. I do not wear heels or tight shoes. Thank you for your help in other areas.
I have some videos on arch pain and shin splints. See if these help at all:)

Please suggest exercises for joints pain due to high uric acid
This is probably something to check with the doctor before starting an exercise program.
Ok... question: when you were doing the plie move... I could see what I’m trying to understand is either bone or tendon... I can’t open up my left side to do a butterfly when seated... is it a bone or tendon that I feel and how do I get it to improve for mobility? 2nd Question: did you ever get ahold of anyone from a few weeks back when you asked for a specialist for a client/patient?
Usually it is muscle/tendon that limits that, but it is occasionally the hip joint. Try doing some soft tissue work to both the hip flexors and groin muscles. Also, try sitting on a thick pillow or yoga block with that stretch and it will help open the hips.
Unfortunately, nothing has worked out for that patient yet. I think she truly needs a sciatic nerve transplant as well as other bone graft surgeries.
@@drkristieennis thank you! I will try! I was hoping and praying for your patient... I was hoping someone in Boston or Brighton could help... I will continue to send positive vibes!
Do you have a 'what I eat in a day' video please?
I don’t but I do like to eat:) I generally follow an 80/20 rule: 80% Whole Foods, 20% not as nutritious stuff:) for example, I had a smoothie and an apple fritter for breakfast:) I really enjoy eating some of these things (like donuts, cake, wine, burgers, pizza, and nachos) and will continue to do so, even if they aren’t the healthiest options because they make me happy:) I’m all about moderation!
Ya I have slidders ,but I have to constantly adjust.cayse they get caught in the carpet..my prob not yours
Please suggest, type, size, weight for a Ball
The ball in this video is just a basic kids ball you can get at the drug store. You could certainly use a weighted medicine ball to make it more challenging.
I can't kneel due to TKR are there alternate moves?
Definitely start with the standing ones!
THANKU..THE LAST EXERCISE ISNT IT BAD FOR KNEES?
You’re welcome! The last exercise is one I give to many of my higher level patients and athletes. It’s not for everyone and if you have concerns on it bothering you, it’s better to stick with other exercises.
@@drkristieennis THANKU
Do you have an outer thigh without as well? Would love to see that too.
That’s coming up:)
Will this hurt my spinal stenosis
Everyone is different so if you are unsure on an exercise, check with your doctor first.

I tried the slide one leg out and it went too far, fell on my glutes and spilled my dam beer. Only in the one hand though, I didn't spill any beer from the other hand. Any exercises for a sore tailbone?
Glad you didn’t spill the beer:) I typically have patients start with ice when they take a fall.

Lady you have got a great body. Love
Thanks my lovely Doctor kiss you
Sorry but I hate the word 'toning'. Luckily some of the fitness industry seems to be moving away from using it. It is misleading and people think there's some magic process that happens, rather than two separate body composition processes of building muscle and losing fat (by creating a calorie deficit through diet/exercise). I would rather see people properly educated about this as there's so much confusing and mis information out there which isn't helpful for people who really need proper advice! I think it's irresponsible to use it.
You are absolutely right on what needs to be done with regards to diet and exercise. However, if you’ve never worked on strengthening, I stop thinking toning ( more muscle definition) is an appropriate word, especially when reducing overall fat.
this was good workout but you might want to consider to stop sounding so much like a robot
Ruin your knees.
I really like your videos, they are very instructive, but can you please say ' And' and not 'aaand' as it really makes me cringe!

Good Morning ! [Tell me a secret: Can you be that bright and fresh WITHOUT coffee?]
Can you help me with SRT [Sit-Rise-Test. basically stand to sit to stand using 'cross-ankles; method] I have seen several vids that vary with sole flat on ground, to doing this with the sides of soles[?], etc. I am now using your Inner Thigh and Outer Thigh vids as well as balance vids.
