    What if you can't breathe in though your nose?

      @AmTotallyNothing I do, just can't really breathe through it most of the time.

      That’s a great question! While the inhale through the nose is important, it’s better to get the breath in than not, so try it through your mouth and let us know how it goes!🙏

      @@youaligned yes who have stuff nose can get more Anxiety doing that so breathe through mouth.

    I do the 4 second breathing technique to calm myself from anything.

      @youaligned breath in your nose while counting to 4, hold it in while counting to 4 and then blow it out while counting to 4. Slowly counting not quick.

      Per session, 1-3 times is ideal, but you can practice physiological breaths anytime you need throughout the day!
