Your candles are SUPER nice!! If possible, we recommend a 4x COGS to our customers, but it really depends on who your target market is and how you are distributing them. To given an example on the luxury side, most of our customers selling 12oz Aura candles are retailing them for $40-60 per unit. This company needs to respond to emails and take stuff off of their website that's not there anymore. Company takes too long to respond to people and to ship items, especially being more expensive then everyone else... Customer service is bad too...

My mistake, I should have went to the World Wide Web before I bought from this company but I decided to give you guys a chance... I got no confirmation email, no update status, no reply to customer service email (it's been more than 4 days have past and your website said you should receive a response in 72 hours from customer service). How many people do you have waiting for you to reply to them? Like, check your emails, I am not about to put my personal business on RUclips. If you don't have it or you are understaff, please tell your customers and refund them, don't have them waiting for months for an order they probably no longer need by then...
Oh my gosh, I’ve had the extreme opposite experience with Makesy. They are quick to ship and prompt to respond to my questions or if something goes wrong. I’m sorry you haven’t had the same experience. I would encourage you to consider giving them another shot. Their quality is amazing.

If you said this back in 2022 I’d have agreed with you, however their customer service has drastically improved since 2022. Depending on the time of day you can do their live chat or you can e-mail them. They’ve even got a text option. I agree their prices are a little on the high side, but their customer service is top tier. I hope you get whatever issues you have with them resolved. Happy making
