Those bezels are alone the reason to not go for 8a
Nah slightly bigger bezels are fine, then you dont touch the screen so often by accident
I don't know why people are so hung up on bezels it's a stupid argument lol many phones have bezels and people primarily use the middle of the screen not those little spaces around the edges of the glass 😂IMJS what difference does it make none!
@@aseamin2529 People have been complaining with bezels for years they just won't stop. Especially now that Apple is pushing for 0.024923473247824mm less bezels, more people will complain about having 0.00000000001 thicker bezel. Watch
I mean, they're both oversized featureless garbage that no one will buy anyway.
Ha ha people that call phones garbage but haven't used one. Typical.😂
The most out of touch and incorrect comment of all time. oversized? 6.1" is smaller than literally *most* of the modern phone market in this day. Featureless? LMAO, it has everything you could need and some very useful features that excel in comparison to some other phones. The features it lacks are not necessities, nobody wants Samsung's weird AR emoji for example lol. You seem needlessly biased considering you've reviewed much larger phones and considered them good.

You're still better off getting the 8 though.
@@Gary0557 true, you can find them used and on sale for way better prices
Just say that you're too broke to afford one
THANK YOU for that bit around the 2 minute mark about the panel variance. Sure, on PAPER they look the same, but I always noticed that the a-series had worse viewing angles and not as bright, even if they claimed it. Hell, even in store earlier this week I saw all 3 next to each other, the 8a, 8 and 8 Pro, and I thought the 8 looked the best when it came to color volume/perceived brightness. I typically prefer a cooler temperature screen, and while the 8 Pro looked cooler, the 8 just looked brighter to me.
Both suck

As a father of a toddler, I will go with a cheaper option and plastic back.
I like the roundish pebble shape of this phone.
You just gained a sub! I've seen some other tech channels claim that the phones feel premium, this is not the case. I have both and the 8a feels incredibly cheap. Photos in the 8a look very poor in comparison to the 8. The video on the 8a has a ton of chopiness.
