My daughter recovered from MS with diet and nutrition. She never did the meds because of heir toxicity. It was hard for her but 10 years later she is still doing fine.

My Dad has been recently diagnosed and we are vegetarian and already follow some of the food as medicine lifestyle being handed down in brahmin households. We bought your book- Body on Fire, very insightful. I'm seeking your advice on two areas: 1. how does one implement an inflammation-friendly diet, through a nutritionist+Rhumetologist? 2. As a working mom in 30s what resources can I access for choosing the right food for our life and child. Please advice.
