  • On the search for answers about how to heal arthritis with diet and hoping to finally find relief for joint pain and stiffness in her hands, Susie came across functional health and our clinic.
While she was aware of anti-inflammatory diets and other evidence-based interventions for arthritis, she was struggling to find the right combination that worked best for her.
Treating her as a patient - not just her labs - provided her with answers to her initial questions, an actionable and effective plan, and her symptoms under control.
Listen in to hear how Susie used Elemental Heal, triple therapy probiotics, fasting, and the autoimmune Paleo diet to feel better.

I noticed that serrapeptase, pineapple(bromelain),turmeric, flaxseed oil, grains high in calcium\magnesium and avena sateva seem to help alot. Add spices to bone broth. Control inflamatin = control pain. Be proactive, prior injury in leg/arm from work\sports not cured properly damages body down the road with inflammation leading to diseases.

This is great. And what a change. What many conventional doctors will say it’s not possible. It’s not all pharma medicine, there’s hope. I would also reach out to your practice if it wasn’t just for those with a healthy wallet. It’s not accessible for the poor or middle class people. In fact, in my research trying to find functional doctors who are accessible, it’s become far less reachable. Our health system is broken and unfortunately doctors are also contributing.

I fully understand. This is why we have worked diligently at my clinic to reduce cost and make care as cost effective as possible.
