    great video, deserves more views. Arthritis sucks and I worry that something about my new (9 months) vegan diet is starting to aggrivate it. This has reminded me to cut the processed foods and eat more greens! Good advice for anyone.

    Is there a book or a video or any logged information about how exactly to moniter the records(body chemical levels) and based on which how can we alter our diets to get symptom free... And will it work the same way for reactive arthritis ?

      Hi Yatish!
      I would recommend working with your doctor to monitor your symptoms.
      Dr. Aggarwal does have a book with Dr. Jyothi Rao called Body on Fire: www.drmonicaaggarwal.com/books/
      Hope that helps!

    How to get vitamin B12 with plant based diet plz reply and I sit safe to take vitamin b12 tablet or b12 supplement

    • @VeganwithJenn
      @VeganwithJenn  4 года назад +1

      Hi, my apologies for the delayed response. B12 is found in fortified foods (some plant milks, some meat analogs, some cereals, some nutritional yeast - check the label) and in supplements (B12 supplements or most multivitamins). Chewing the tablet or using sublingual has better absorption!

    • @annwilliams6438
      @annwilliams6438 4 года назад

      Absolutely. There are also vegan supplements. If your stomach is messed up though and you feel uncomfortable taking tablets, then get b12 injections.

    I disagree with the doctor. Diet makes a huge difference, and perhaps it was your previous diet that was a major caise of the expression of rhumatoid arthritis. Processed foods and dairy are toxic, perhaps more so to some people than others. But doctors are effectively trained to ignore the importance of diet.

  • @ellenullman7431

    I appreciate most of the content. Her use of the term "raging diabetic" is particularly offensive. She could simply say a person with type 2 diabetes. Does anyone ever say raging rheumatoid arthritic? It is important also to note that while a WFPB diet may be helpful for health for almost everyone, a person with type 1 diabetes will still need to take insulin to survive.

    • @VeganwithJenn
      @VeganwithJenn  4 года назад +1

      Hi Ellen, thank you so much for this comment. I appreciate the feedback. I know she did not mean to offend anyone by that term but it's very important that you pointed that out. Thanks again.
