If you can find a way to work them into future videos, you should totally talk about the animatronic orcas they used in the free willy movies, they're quite spectacular!
Seeing the Disneyland commercials featuring Murphy as a dragon-obsessed kid got me so hyped. But when my family and I went to Disneyland and stayed for Fantasmic, it was one of the nights where the animatronic was broken and the water screen was used as a substitute. I remember feeling crushed that I missed out on seeing Murphy. But we went back the next year and there she was! We were close enough to the stage where I could actually feel the heat from the fire breath. It's one of my favorite Disney memories.
I went for my birthday for the summer fantasmic event that introduced her, I got maleficent on a pillar instead of murphy. I still haven't gone back to see her yet :/ Hopefully some day I'll be able to.
It broke my heart when the Maleficent float in Walt Disney World caught fire a few years ago. I thought she would never be repaired, but she did return to the Park before COVID struck.
I was about to comment about another stage I'd seen once in photos years ago, but when I looked it up, it turned out to be another of many Bregenzer designs! It was a giant book being held open by a skeleton standing in the water. So cool!
Nothing has given me bigger megalophobia than the hippo in water outside the entrance to the Rainforest Cafe. I was so terrified of that as a kid and also the giant python that stares down at you while you wait for the hostess to seat you.

I love it when you say german words 🤗❤️ Oh and thank you for bringing back a childhood memory. I saw a few Jurassic Park Animatronics as a kid. That was amazing and I always hoped to see them again. It was an 2 or 4 week exposition here in Germany and I was so sad, when the show moved on.
Same lol. If I’m sitting down in a ride I might be scared but if there are giant scary animatronics and I’m *standing up* then I’d probably be terrified lol
The Wicker Man: "Don't worry about getting hurt". Wish my family could have said that about this Backdraft-themed ride we went on years ago. All of us kids got burns or blistered skin from the ride.
Not everyone knows how to pronounce Toei, and nor have seen the post where Toei Animation explains it. It’s actually quite often mispronounced. Also, she isn’t Japanese, and it’s very easy to mispronounce a word from a language other than your own. Perhaps before judging, you should think about the fact that she may have never heard the name said and only read it. Plus Evangelion is extremely phonetic.... it’s pronounced exactly how it’s spelled soooo your point it moot.
@@ElectricChrys Japanese words are really easy to pronounce since each vowel only makes a single sound (A = ah, E = eh, etc). Japanese isn't even the only language that does this. Plus, they say Toei's name at the beginning of every episode of DBZA
@@ElectricChrys Also, if you're gonna be doing an in-depth compilation that's meant to inform people, it's probably best to do your research and make sure you pronounce stuff correctly. This isn't even the first time this channel has butchered the pronunciation of a somewhat common word, as they pronounced Xenomorph as "Zoamorph". A lot of people criticized them about it, so one would think they'd try to avoid having that happen again.

Another amazing megolaphobia animatronic is Muse’s skeletal alien animatronic from their 2018 concert! It’s only a waist up, but I’m pretty sure it’s a solid 40-50ft tall!!

The clown is SO gorgeous! I have a huge affinity for clowns, as opposed to lots of people! As long as they are not real life clowns - as in performers - but that's not because of the clown aspect and because of the "clingy person who will try to interract with me" factor, since I'm pretty "scared" of people overall. So yeah, as long as they are props, animatronics, horror themed things or a show where the clows wouldn't interract with me, I love them! That gigantic clown head is so amazing, since it's not only a clown, but also looks like a giant puppet, and if there's one thing I like more than clowns, it's puppet and dolls of all kinds... And scarecrows, so I guess two things. Oh well. Now, of course, the dragon is a wonder too! Though I'll admit I like the gentle dragon below the castle in Paris way more. But maybe it's because I had the opportunity to see him in person... I dunno. It's such a splendid creature. To be honest, I spent waaay too long in that cave just admiring the beast. I once went to Sentosa Resort Singapore and saw this show called the Crane Dance. It involves two gigantic robotic cranes. The cranes have a screen on their chest and it can spray water that emulate it's wings.
I went to the Jurassic World exhibition when it opened in Melbourne and it was really good! My family and I hung out in the T-rex room just to watch it over and over again. There was a glass screen so that kids could hide behind it if they got too scared lol.
I'm still amazed with the gundam one. I recently got into building the models and have always wondered what it would look like it real life and now it seems like we only need to find a way to piolet and power that suit and BAM we got gundams
Those dinosaur attractions are not for the whole family like you say! Have you ever seen a child next to such a big animatronic or similar? They cry and scream for the rest of the day! And not because of nothing. I‘m an adult and i would probably cry too by the sight of such giant dinos
I worked on Fantasmic for a while as island crew. I've been able to stand next to the inactive Murphy bot and it's pretty creepy. Doesn't help that it folds up under the stage in an eerie position either.
Okay that clown is the creepiest thing I have EVER seen. Animals aren't creepy or scary and giant 'robots' are just cool instead of scary. Dragons and Dinos are like adorable puppies in comparison to a giant uncanny valley clown head that has a massive gapping toothy mouth and blinking eyes 😭🤮😱 The Djinn and the Giant are kinda creepy but at least they aren't clowns or straight up disembodied heads.
